This upscale home has everything to offer beach vacationers. You will enjoy the large waterfront deck and screened in porch located on the first and floor. This is a perfect spot for enjoying the summer nights and enjoying the waterfront views!
The first level of living offers two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Each bedroom includes a balcony to enjoy the pleasant surroundings. Additionally, there is an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. From the kitchen and living area you have direct access the screened in porch and the waterfront deck. This level also includes a half bath and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The second level of living includes two primary bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is waterfront, just imagine those views! The other bedroom includes a balcony. All areas include high end fixtures and finishes!
Don't worry about sand, there is an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and a foot wash station. The home is located directly beside the beach access, and easy walk to the beach. The owner will accept dogs with a $300 non refundable pet fee, per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum per lease, dogs must be less than 30lbs.

Broadkill Beach is a terrific area for the nature lover, it is not uncommon to see the foxes running through the dunes, truly a bird watchers paradise, and a fisherman's dream.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $230.50.

All mattresses include a memory foam including the sleeper sofa.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great house for our big group. The screened in porch was a fantastic gathering spot for the whole family. The views were amazing and the house was very comfortable.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful with amazing views of the bay and the marsh. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Our family had a wonderful time relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoyable and relaxing visit to Broadkill Beach

The entire family enjoyed our short visit and stay at this well built and well decorated beach house. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch enjoying the sounds of the bay and wildlife around us. We will definitely be back.

Great location on Broadkill beach! It withstood the strong winds from Hurricane Erin well. House had an excellent screened in outdoor porch to hide from the bugs. Perfect size for our group of 8. Only complaints are the lack of ice machine in the freezer, and high humidity in the house. We would stay again, especially considering the house is only about a year old!

Wonderful get away

I had wanted to take my lab Sadie to the beach for awhile now. Finding a house that was actualy beautiful and allowed Dog was was pretty awesome. I was there with friends n family and it was just a wonderful get away. Love the house n will definitely be back again.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property with family on a recent one-week trip to the Delaware shore. This beach front property has very easy beach access to the Delaware Bay, just a short walk over the dune. Wonderful, large waterside screen porch. Would like to see a grill at the property to make even more enjoyable.

Lovely home - great location. Very low-key area - not crowded, dog friendly. Refrigerator water line not attached - so, no ice machine or water dispenser. Furnishings are rather spare, but comfortable.

Wonderful beach house in fantastic location

My family and I had a wonderful weeklong stay at this newly built beachfront home. The bedrooms and shared spaces (kitchen and dining, living, and laundry rooms) are uncluttered, spacious, and get plenty of sun. All the appliances and furnishings are new. Our favorite feature is the enormous screened-in deck overlooking the dunes and Bay -- perfect for sitting and relaxing. The house is situated in an ideal location, just a half mile from the Broadkill Road turnoff. Also, the property manager (Joseph) is extremely responsive and will quickly address any issues (we had a minor issue with the trash bins, which Joseph immediately rectified). I'd recommend renting this home without any hesitation.
