Our stay at Gunnar’s place was wonderful! This is our second year in a row and we’ll be back next year. Nothing beats the two minute walk to the beach. The house is always spotlessly clean, the kitchen is stocked with tools needed, the beds are comfy, and the beach toys/chairs to use so convenient and very appreciated!

Our time at this property was amazing. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and close to the beach. It fit what we needed and we enjoyed every minute. Gunnar was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. We plan to come back!

So clean! Not a grain of sand to be found! This was a wonderful sanctuary and very family friendly. My only regret is not being able to enjoy it for a longer stretch. I've never said this about any rental but I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Communication with the host was very clear, prompt, and warmly hospitable.

Fantastic time at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay and amazing weather. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the enclosed porch and spent most mornings and nights just relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The beach is so close and even during peak time it wasn’t overly crowded. I hope to return again next year!

Mission Beach House is beach-side perfection! Perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean and spectacular views out of every window. This was our first time at Broadkill Beach and the host went above and beyond answering all our questions, setting us up for the most splendid family vacation! My only regret is we didn't stay longer!

Picture Perfect

My husband and I stayed here the weekend we got married, so I can confirm it works great as a makeshift honeymoon suite! Easy access, beautiful views, comfortable and clean house. I’d recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It is truly perfect and everything you need for a memorable beach vacation with family. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and we felt right at home. The owner is very responsive and helpful! Even with the weather being a bit finicky due to a hurricane, we still had an amazing time indoors and were able to play board games, grill and bake cookies. We would definitely book this place again! Highly recommend!

Awesome house, great location. Gunnar is extremely responsive and helpful with all our needs. This was a quiet beach that was not overcrowded. Def would come back if we visit the area again.

Exceptional House

This was a truly lovely house in a very magical location - complete with view of the ocean just a short walk over the dunes. The house was immaculate, well appointed and extremely comfortable, with plenty of space. We are already talking about going back soon!

Relaxing and comfortable

The house was immaculate and so relaxing for a stay at the beach. You can’t beat the views or the short walk to the beach, especially with young kids. The owners have provided a lot of extras to make the home comfortable - we’ve never had such comfortable mattresses and bedding at a rental property before! We loved the quiet of Broadkill Beach and hope to come back to this exact home one day.

Relax and Reset BKB redefines Beach Life

Broadkill Beach is a breath of warm fresh air. This house is top notch with all the necessary amenities of a vacation home. The location is amazing. BKB is a quaint off the beaten path little town. Our family had an amazing time. Thank you Gunnar for sharing your lovely vacation home. We hope to come back in the future.
