This home is very tastefully decorated by the owner. The extensive, high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The house has a large living area, open kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room. 3 king-size suites - all with tv - and a guest room offer plenty of space. The house is ideal for up to 8 guests. High speed WLAN is provided free of charge. The saltwater pool with spa and the pool area offer everything you need. There are 6 sun loungers, a dining table, which seats 8 and an extra table. The terrace is south facing position with panoramic views from the balcony and you have a dream view above the large salt water channels. It offers quiet and centrally located in a privileged position in the southeast part of Cape Coral a shopping center with restaurants, cinema, gym and shopping only 2 miles away. You need approx. 25 minutes by boat to the river - no lock to pass.
Minimum 2 weeks stay + seasonal price increase of 20% during Easter/Xmas vacation time - IF you are not sure about those time frames PLEASE ASK BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY BOOKING as otherwise your down payment will be blocked by HomeAway! Beautiful Vacation Home in Paradise!!!
My wife and I had a lovely month in SW Florida at the Happy Sun House in Cape Coral. The house had everything you could ask for: (pool,hot tub, large lanai and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets) We had family members visit and ALL agree .
