The Space:

Kick back and enjoy the easy pace of Cocoa Beach in this comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home — a perfect base for families, couples, or small groups ready to trade the everyday for salt air and sunshine. Just a short walk from beach access, this entire private home gives you the space and freedom to make your stay your own.



The sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms: a king bedroom for the primary couple, a queen bedroom for additional adults, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds that works great for kids or extra guests.



The fully stocked kitchen means you can cook your own meals and settle into a real home rhythm rather than eating out every night. When the day calls for it, the covered patio or lanai is the perfect place to unwind with a cold drink, and the private fenced-in backyard gives you an outdoor retreat all to yourself. After a morning at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before bringing the relaxation back inside.



The location puts you right in the heart of Cocoa Beach's laid-back coastal lifestyle. Local restaurants, surf shops, and the iconic Ron Jon Surf Shop are all within easy reach. The Space Coast is home to Kennedy Space Center, and if a rocket launch is on the schedule during your stay, you'll be well-positioned to catch the show. Whether you're spending your days in the sand, exploring the area's Space Coast history, or simply recharging by the backyard, this home makes it genuinely easy to settle in.



A few things worth knowing:

- The backyard is fully fenced, making it a great space for kids to play or for everyone to enjoy a little extra outdoor privacy.

- The outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off the sand before heading back inside.

- Guests will enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, making it easy to pack lighter and keep beach towels fresh.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.



Please note that the garage and backyard shed are kept locked and are not available for guest use.

This home is located in Cocoa Beach, a relaxed Space Coast beach town known for its surf culture, casual restaurants, local shops, and easy access to the Atlantic shoreline. Guests can enjoy nearby beach access, explore Downtown Cocoa Beach and Minutemen Causeway, or head toward popular area favorites like the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Port Canaveral, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and the surrounding Space Coast area. Guests can walk to nearby beach access, use ride-share services throughout the area, or use Space Coast Area Transit routes for public transportation around Cocoa Beach and Brevard County. Cocoa Beach also offers paid public parking at beach access points, parks, street ends, and the downtown parking garage.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Dish soap

PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

- Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

- To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

- Parking is strictly limited to 4 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.

- There is a Ring Doorbell Camera located at the front of the property facing the street.

- The garage and backyard shed are kept locked and are not available for guest use.
