- Smart TVs, all the amenities, and high-speed wifi!



Guest Access:

There is an electronic lock, and you'll receive the code prior to your check-in!



The Neighborhood:

In south Cocoa Beach, you'll be a stone's throw from everything you could want to do on vacation. A quick walk to the beach or the banana river. Enjoy days lounging in the sun, watersport adventures, a night out on the town, jaunts down to the space center or to view a rocket launch, or a day trip to Orlando for a theme park day.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

Regarding the 8 guest occupancy, we have a King, Queen, and a bunk bed, which can comfortably fit 6 guests. We also provide 2 floor mattresses to sleep more people which is why the occupancy is set to 8.

We loved this rental property! It was perfect for our family vacation (my parents, husband, our 8 year old daughter and I). We loved the tiki hut and pool area and spent a lot of time out there! The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach nearby the house-there was a great view!

Yard was great for the dogs!The location was amazing. Was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately the fridge was to warm for the food and it spoiled, and the beds were very uncomfortable. I’d def go back in a heartbeat if the mattresses and pillows were better.

We had a wonderful week. Home is very clean and very comfortable. Great outdoor area. Very convenient to the southern end of Cocoa Beach which we love. Easy walk to the beach. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thanks for a perfect getaway!

Great house. We loved all the amenities that were offered. The outdoor living was very nice. Everything was very comfortable. It felt like home. Very close to everything in Cocoa Beach. The beach was just a few minute walk and was very convenient. Definitely would stay again and recommend to everybody.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The property was just as pictured, clean and spacious. The beach access was just a short walk and the bedrooms were quiet. A nice area with restaurants near by. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and well stocked with towels, linens, and sufficient kitchen supplies for a short visit. Check in was easy. And the management company was very communicative and accommodating. The back yard tiki space was delightful and fun.

The Cocoa Beach Tiki Pool House is great for two couples or a small family. The layout is good with multiple options to gather for games, TV, getting a swim, or just hanging out. These options include the enclosed back porch as well as the tiki area. The kitchen is workable and seating arrangements work well. There are plenty of ceiling fans inside and outside that are especially good for an August visit like ours. The property is dog approved within just a block from the Cocoa Beach dogs-allowed stretch of ocean. We saw three launches while there again within easy walk from the house to the beach for viewing. BTW, recommend ALWAYS taking in a 5-6 AM launch window if you get the chance and stay for the entire thing. Beds and baths were fine but note the guest bath is a more European-style high tub with shower instead of a walk-in or traditional tub-shower setup. Two sets of guests used it just fine. Finally, the responsiveness of the property management team is OUTSTANDING. We navigated any issues in real time with a path to resolution quickly set every time. Definitely will rent again if the circumstances call for it.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Once we walked in, we enjoyed the outdoor tiki hut with games, the pool and the swings. We were close to the beach. We had a great time hanging out with the chairs, beach umbrella and body boards. We highly recommend this place to everyone! Super cute, clean and has everything you need to stay here.

A nice vacation

It was very nice in the stay. It is clean, and located in the rooms are great. It is very quiet in the house and yard. Also, the ocean is one and half away from the block to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house. We would go back.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for one month. I could have stayed longer. Easy walk to the beach. Backyard was great! Comfortable living room. Very nice that kayaks were available. We threw them in the back of our truck and launched at nearby park. Saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of birds. Great restaurants in the area and locals are very friendly.

We loved the property. Truly can’t say enough on that account. It was exactly as pictured with all the extras to enjoy the beach or hang in the back yard and BBQ. We would absolutely consider returning to Cocoa Beach and this property specifically.The only small issue I had was during an attempt to purchase early check-in through the beachside.vr portal but couldn’t figure it out so I called the number provided. I spoke with a nice enough person but I could not understand her verbal directions due to a heavy accent. In the end I had to hang up without being able to check in early. We decided to drive to town and hit Ludz for burgers, chicken and pie then Publix for groceries before returning @ 4p for check in so it all worked out ;)T
