Beautiful, peaceful and modern newly renovated house with new furnishings on open water canal connected to the Indian River, few miles from the Cape Canaveral cruise port, and short drive to beaches and other activities. 3 BR, 2 Ba, 2 Car garage, open floor plan house with screen patio dining area. Boat dock with jet ski dock. All linens, kitchen ware, shampoo's, soaps, disposables and laundry.

The hosts were very nice, house was clean and comfortable, on the water with beautiful nature right outside, thoughtful extras like condiments, coffee, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry detergent. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again!

Our stay was perfect. The location was perfect for our visit to Florida. The house is in amazing shape the host has furnished it with everything you need. Very close to shopping, restaurants, Port Canaveral, beaches and anything else you want to see and do. The canal in the back yard just adds a little extra to sit and enjoy the water.

Hidden Gem

The house was exactly as described as newly remodeled. Very clean. Great neighborhood and off the beaten path but close enough to every thing. Communication with property manager was easy and very responsive.

Canal house

Beautiful house right on canal, very clean and beautiful decoration we spend the new years evening and two more days , we enjoyed the house very much and we when to eat in Coco beach where you find stores go shopping and restaurants. Thank you.

He went on a cruise and we were pretty close to the port in the park and ride it was so convenient we loved it we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
