BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:

The holiday home is located at Wolności 16 in Kolczewo. This is a great location for quiet relaxation surrounded by forests and lakes, and additionally promotes outdoor recreation. There are many cycle paths or walking places in the area. The closest lakes are Koprowo and Kołczewo. From the flat it is a short distance of 2 km to the sea, so at any time you can make a trip in that direction. Tourist attractions include the Amber Baltic Golf Club, where you can play on full-size golf courses. The railway station in Międzyzdroje is 15 km from the property, while the railway station in Świnoujście is 29 km away.
A semi-detached cottage is also available on the property. Guests can share a trampoline, a heated jacuzzi and a barbecue area. The building has heating and is insulated.

The interior of both cottages consists of a living room with a sofa and kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, as well as an exit to the terrace. In addition, guests can relax in the hot tub, whatever the weather, using the garden tub. The little ones will love the trampoline in the garden, where they can jump to their heart's content! All the cottage furnishings harmonise to create an aesthetically pleasing whole. Comprehensive equipment ensures that guests will not lack anything. TV and free WiFi are available in the flats. The terrace equipped with garden furniture allows you to enjoy your morning coffee as well as shared meals outdoors. Guests are provided with free toiletries, towels and bed linen to start their stay. It is possible to stay with pets for an additional fee. Those travelling by car can easily park in the spaces available on the premises.
