Welcome to the Lazy Loon! Located on Pemaquid in Damariscotta, Maine the cottage features one king bed, one queen bed, a loft with twin bed, and three custom built-in bunks for children. Our home is perfect for families or groups. With two full bathrooms, guests find plenty of room to refresh, including showers and a full bathtub. The quaint cottage keeps you comfortable for 3 seasons with both heating and air conditioning. Our property includes a 125' private beach, private dock, swim float and outdoor fire pit. Kayaks, lifejackets, outdoor furniture and various lakehouse toys available for guest use. Our property has full laundry in-home laundry, a propane grill and internet, including wi-fi.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

What an absolutely magical stay. It was peaceful, the views were gorgeous, the house was spotless, the amenities were plentiful including the stocked kitchen and extra lake towels, and the communication from the hosts was proactive and helpful. We hope to return many years to come. Thank you for a lovely stay!
