Sea Lavender Cottage Ă  Mid Coast Maine est prĂȘt Ă  ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©! SituĂ© Ă  quelques mĂštres de Great Salt Bay Ă  Newcastle. Ce chalet rĂ©cemment "frappĂ©" arbore des touches architecturales crĂ©atives, un style et des Ă©quipements axĂ©s sur le chalet, un mobilier frais Ă  la fois fonctionnel et fantaisiste, tous les nouveaux appareils et accessoires, une apparence et une attitude qui invitent et inspirent un engagement relaxant avec toute l'activitĂ© de l'eau salĂ©e de la nature dans la premiĂšre ressource marine protĂ©gĂ©e du Maine. Vous partagez cette beautĂ© naturelle avec des aigles, des balbuzards pĂȘcheurs, des hĂ©rons bleus, des huards, un phoque occasionnel, des crabes fer Ă  cheval prĂ©historiques, des parcs Ă  huĂźtres et, au printemps, plus d'un million de gaspareaux passant par le quai pour frayer dans l'eau douce du lac Damariscotta voisin. Les tout premiers invitĂ©s ont dit qu'ils venaient dans le Maine chaque Ă©tĂ© pour explorer et dĂ©couvrir toutes les activitĂ©s uniques de la cĂŽte du Maine et de ses villages. Pourtant, ils ont trouvĂ© Sea Lavender Cottage si confortable, rempli de joie et Ă©panouissant Ă©motionnellement, ils ne voulaient pas partir chaque jour ... sauf pour lancer les kayaks et rejoindre la beautĂ© de la baie. Maintenant c'est ton tour...

Sea Lavender Cottage a été créé en 2016 par les propriétaires du Beckoning Bay Cottage qui a ouvert ses portes en 2009. Les deux chalets ont eu une occupation saisonniÚre presque complÚte, principalement avec des clients qui reviennent, et de nombreuses critiques enthousiastes. Avec ces deux chalets sur des propriétés adjacentes, plus de gens ont la possibilité de profiter des nombreux charmes de Mid Coast Maine, du cadre relaxant de Great Salt Bay et de l'accÚs à proximité à US Route One.
Le MBR est extra large avec un lit King et une salle de bain attenante. Le deuxiĂšme BR est moins spacieux mais a un lit pleine grandeur et une salle de bain complĂšte directement adjacente.

Maine Waterfront Cottage was perfect in all ways. The cottage was beautiful, no detail was left out. From the spectacular views to the spacious accommodations, it was the perfect retreat. So easy to get to town for great food and shopping. David was the perfect host, he went above and beyond, was so welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. House is clean and comfortable with everything in working order. We lacked for nothing and enjoyed the small touches, such as the in-person welcome from David and the goodies he left for us. We spent time relaxing and taking in the beautiful view, as well as kayaking and light hiking in the area. We'd definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful stay

Amazing property, even better than the photos. Dave is a fantastic host and it was truly a wonderful stay. We had nice weather and really enjoyed going out on the deck to enjoy the sun. Also played lots of pool and the sun rise in the morning is breathtaking. We will hope to return soon!

Wonderful vacation

We love Sea Lavender, it has all the comforts of home from AC to a washer and dryer. The deck is a great place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the eagles, osprey and herons. The owner, David is a wonderful host, very helpful if there are any issues. Hope to return next year!

Its location perched at the edge of the Bay with 200 degrees of water views....US Route 1 along the Maine Coast is one mile away: the twin villages of Damariscotta and Newcastle with restaurants, shops, theater coffee shops and a great bookstore and library, are a mile and half from the Cottage.
