The open-concept living and dining area is bright and welcoming, centered on a cozy gas fireplace and framed by large windows that pull in the mountain light. A private balcony — a favorite spot for guests to unwind — gives you somewhere to enjoy morning coffee and fresh alpine air.

LAUNDRY & COMFORT A full-size, in-unit washer and dryer (detergent provided) makes it easy to pack light, stay a while, and head home with clean gear. In summer, ceiling fans and a box fan keep the condo comfortable with the windows open and fresh mountain air flowing; in winter, cozy radiant heat keeps you warm after a cold day out.
PARKING, ACCESS & GETTING SETTLED This condo solves the two things that trip up most mountain trips: parking and hauling gear.
HEATED GARAGE: You get one reserved spot in the heated garage — no scraping ice off the windshield or trudging through snow with an armful of ski boots. A second parking option is available as well. SKI & GEAR STORAGE: A dedicated, secure storage space right in the garage keeps skis, boards, and bikes organized and out of the unit. ELEVATOR + LUGGAGE CART: An elevator runs from the garage straight to your floor, and a luggage caddy is on hand to make moving bags a breeze. SELF CHECK-IN: Contactless self check-in via smart lock means you arrive on your own schedule, day or night — no meeting up, no waiting around, no lockbox fumbling in the cold. For anyone who values step-free access, the elevator plus single-level layout make this one of the easier condos in the area to get into and move around.
WALK TO EVERYTHING — THE LOCATION
Location is this condo's superpower. You're right in the heart of downtown Dillon, one of Summit County's most walkable and underrated basecamps. From your door you can stroll to Lake Dillon Marina, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Friday Farmers Market, and a growing lineup of local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The paved lakeside recreation path runs right through town, so you can bike or walk along the water toward Frisco, Keystone, and beyond.
SUMMER — WALK TO THE LAKE Summit County summers are pure magic, and you're in the middle of it. Walk to the marina for sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, pontoon rentals, and fishing on Lake Dillon — one of the highest deep-water marinas in North America. Catch a concert, festival, or free outdoor movie at the lakeside Dillon Amphitheater, grab a cocktail with a lake view at the marina's Tiki Bar, and browse the Friday Farmers Market just steps away. Beyond the lake: world-class hiking and mountain biking, scenic golf, fly-fishing, horseback riding, and endless alpine trails. Several playgrounds are a short stroll away, and the rec path alone can fill a day.
WINTER — SKI FIVE WORLD-CLASS RESORTS When the snow flies, you're perfectly positioned to chase the best conditions across Summit County and beyond. Pick your mountain by the day:
Keystone Resort (6 mi) — closest to us; great for families and night skiing Arapahoe Basin (11 mi), "The Legend" — high alpine terrain and one of the longest seasons in the country Copper Mountain (12 mi) — naturally divided terrain for every level, often with shorter lift lines Breckenridge (13 mi) — big-mountain skiing plus a lively historic Main Street for après Vail (31 mi) — world-famous back bowls and worth a bucket-list day
Back in town, enjoy ice skating, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, and — on cold, clear spells — a walk across frozen Lake Dillon. The heated garage and easy elevator access make coming and going with ski gear effortless.
NEARBY TOWNS Everything in Summit County is within an easy drive:
Silverthorne (about 5 minutes): outlet shopping, larger stores, and the Blue River's gold-medal fly-fishing Frisco (about 10 minutes): a charming, walkable Main Street packed with local shops, coffee, and restaurants Breckenridge (about 20 minutes): a historic mining town with the most dining, shopping, and nightlife in the county Keystone (about 15 minutes): River Run Village shops, dining, and year-round mountain activities
PERFECT FOR
Families who want space and walkable, kid-friendly fun near playgrounds Couples looking for a romantic, easy mountain escape Groups chasing powder days or lake days Concert-goers who want to walk home from the Amphitheater Remote workers extending a trip, thanks to fast Wi-Fi Anyone who appreciates elevator access and step-free, single-level living
GETTING HERE & GETTING AROUND Denver International Airport (DEN) is about 1.5 to 2 hours east via I-70; Eagle County (EGE) is about an hour west. A car is the easiest way to explore Summit County, and you'll have your reserved heated-garage spot waiting. Prefer not to drive to the slopes? The free Summit Stage ski shuttle stops right in front of the building — about 15 minutes to Keystone, running roughly every 30 minutes in winter with ski racks on board, plus easy connections to A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and the rest of Summit County. No resort parking needed. In winter, an AWD/4WD vehicle with good tires is recommended, and Colorado's Traction Law can require snow tires or chains on I-70 during storms, so allow extra travel time on powder days and weekends.

About the host
Hosted by Michael Werner
We're a family that's passionate about travel and have traveled the world, and we were drawn to the mountains of Summit County — and to Dillon in particular — for its small-town atmosphere, its proximity to the lake, and just how much there is to do. There's so much packed into this little town, and the people are so friendly, whether you're at the bowling alley, a rooftop bar, or one of the small downtown restaurants.
We designed our condo around everything we look for in a home away from home — everything you need when you just want to lie around and relax, sit on the patio with a coffee and the view, or use as a comfortable base for exploring the attractions nearby, all while soaking up the beauty of the area. Most of all, we want to help you experience Dillon like a local. We're hands-on and responsive (usually replying within an hour), so reach out anytime.
Why they chose this property
We chose the heart of downtown Dillon because it's one of Summit County's most walkable and underrated basecamps. From the front door you can stroll to Lake Dillon Marina, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Friday Farmers Market, and a handful of local restaurants and coffee shops, with the paved lakeside rec path running right through town. It has a quiet, residential mountain-town feel — peaceful in the evenings — yet in summer the marina and amphitheater come alive with concerts, outdoor movies, sailing, and paddleboarding just steps away. In winter it's a calm, cozy home base within easy reach of five world-class ski resorts.
What makes this property unique
This condo solves the two things that trip up most mountain trips: parking and hauling gear. You get a reserved space in a heated garage, secure ski and bike storage, an elevator straight to your floor, and a luggage cart — plus a single-level, step-free layout that's genuinely easy to settle into. Add a rare walk-to-everything location by the lake and amphitheater, a fully-stocked kitchen with two coffee makers, premium Egyptian-cotton linens, smart TVs, and fast Wi-Fi (gigabit), and you have a modern, comfortable home base that works just as well for a powder weekend as a summer lake getaway.
