Welcome to Lakeside Retreat, a thoughtfully updated mountain getaway in the heart of Dillon, offering the comfort of a spacious 2-bedroom condo with an additional bonus sleeping room, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.



Step inside to a bright and inviting retreat designed for comfort after a day of adventure. The spacious living room features a large sectional with a sleeper sofa for two additional guests, perfect for relaxing by night and gathering with family and friends. The adjoining dining area seats six and is ideal for shared meals, game nights, or planning tomorrow’s adventures. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the private balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



The primary suite offers a peaceful escape with natural light, fresh mountain air, and its own en suite bathroom. The second bedroom provides another comfortable sleeping space, while the additional bonus room creates extra flexibility for families or groups wanting a little more privacy and separation during their stay. With three full bathrooms, everyone has room to spread out comfortably.



Right behind the building, enjoy direct access to the Summit County Recreation Path, offering over 55 miles of scenic paved trails connecting mountain towns, lakes, and resorts throughout Summit County.

Other Things to Note:

Lakeside Retreat resides in a vintage building that has been professionally maintained to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. We kindly ask you to extend courtesy towards our friendly neighbors by maintaining a peaceful ambiance during your stay. Your consideration helps keep the community spirit harmonious and welcoming for everyone.



The fireplace is only available during ski season.



No smoking or vaping at or around this community, including in the unit, in the building, on the patios, walkways, lawns, pool areas, or parking lot. There is no where on property at all that smoking/vaping is tolerated. There will be a $250 fine *per instance* for smoking or vaping anywhere on property and this WILL be enforced.



Amenities are maintained by the HOA are we are unable to guarantee their availability.
