Enjoy the perfect combination of CO cabin and luxury accommodations. The lot has 110 feet of gold metal fly-fishing on the Blue River and its just minutes to your favorite ski resorts. This recently renovated cabin is located in Silverthorne about 5 miles from I 70. You can white water raft, hike, walk, and kayak in the summer. The Summit County Bike Path crosses the backyard for access to miles of biking and walking. In winter you can ski/board, tube, snow mobile and sleigh ride. There are restaurants and outlet malls within walking distance. Everything that Summit County has to offer is right at hand, but when your home you feel like you are miles away from it all. The cabin has beautiful views of the mountains off the brand new deck where you can jump in the jetted hot hub with 8 of your close friends or family to enjoy the sound of the river. There is a two-car garage to keep your car warm in the winter so you can drive 10 minutes to Keystone or Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Arapaho, Breckenridge or Loveland and 25 minutes to Vail. The furnishing is high quality, with a stone fireplace and sectional couch in the living room to watch DirectTV or DVDs on the 55 inch TV. There is wifi throughout the cabin. The upstairs is all knotty pine with ceramic tiled floors connecting the half bath, dinning room and completely modern kitchen featuring granite counter tops, a flat cook top, microwave and stove to the outdoor grill. The dining room can comfortably seat 10 people to enjoy your home cooking. There is a new addition with mudroom and billiards room with pool table. The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed and HD flat screen plus a double shower and heated floors in the master bath. There are queen beds in the other two bedrooms with plenty of closet space for all.

As usual, a great vacation
This was our 3rd vacation stay at JoAnne and Mark's place. We will continue to come back. Great views, quiet, hot tub, pool table, close to everything. Very relaxing.
classy, clean, updated
I could not have picked a better location. This house was awesome. Even with snow, you can still see and hear the river flowing from the back deck. Using a hot tub in the winter, even while snowing, is the best relaxation.
Overall experience was a full 5 stars.
Great place with lots of space and nice extra features!
We stayed here for two weeks, absolutely loving it. The place was roomy, clean and well kept. The Jacuzzi was providing great relaxation after long days on the slopes. The pool table was used as entertainment during Olympic event intervals. Lots of space in the garage! The kitchen was well stocked with the tools and items we needed for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of TVs around, and when a few board games also were available, there was no issue being bored when at the house.
Laundry machine was large and the tumble dryer was very efficient and finished quickly.
The location was perfect. We had the EPIC pass, and short distances to Breck, Keystone and A-Basin. Somewhat further to Vail and Beaver Creek, but not horrendous distances.
Owner responded within a reasonable time, and was focused on solving eventual issues.
We will for sure consider to rent this place again if we ever come back to Summit County!
Thank you for making this available!
Our party of 6 really enjoyed the cabin. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well-appointed. The master bath was awesome. Really enjoyed the dual shower heads and heated floors after a day of fun in the snow. The views of the snow covered mountains could be seen from almost every window and being from Georgia we were extremely impressed! The walking path below the cabin was an added bonus. We could walk right into town to Starbucks and a great chocolate store. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent this cabin again.
2nd stay and twice the fun
2nd time we stayed here, which was after the renovations. This home sets itself apart from the others because you can quickly discern it is cared for like its someone's own home and not just a rental investment. The house is clean, kitchen is updated, the beds are quality mattresses and newer, and there is ample room to entertain and have fun (pool table and open space). Not to mention the two car garage affords you enough room to pack/unpack out of the elements. And being able to jump in the hot tub after a long day on the mountain is always a treat. We also found the owners to be very approachable and responsive whenever we needed to reach out. Our only regret is not finding a home land friends ike this for our own...
Situated on the Blue River with secluded fly fishing on the property. Within 10 minutes to Copper Mtn, Keystone, Loveland, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and 25 minutes to Vail or Beaver Creek. Summit County bike trail crossed the on property with access to walking and hiking. White water rafting within minutes.
