Overall it’s an adorable property and worked for our fall trip to the Berkshires. We had a small issue with checking in when the door lock wasn’t responding but the host reset it despite the fact she was teaching and in class at the time and we had no further issues. Decor is outstanding but it is a VERY small space as described. Also note the only bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms which was about inconvenient for my husband and I traveling with his mother when we needed the bathroom overnight. Also if you have two folks who might need a cpap, the “nightstands/stools” in the king sailor room were a bit small. One other thing to consider is the stairs to access the unit (even though it is ground floor) can be challenging if you have a Mobility concerns. The stairs are wide but varying heights and proved challenging for MIL who isn’t 82 and had recent hip surgery. She felt safer walking up the grass even when wet for half way but then had to use the stairs the last bit. If in winter, it could be a concern. Overall though, we liked it and our host!
