Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. Very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (mountain road, ramp). Parking at the house. Grocery 1.9 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bar 1.8 km, bakery 1.9 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Fornalutx" 2.1 km, sandy beach "Port de Sóller" 9 km.
