Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put all used towels in the tub.
Put all striped linens at the door of the bedroom.
Please put all trash in one large bag at the backdoor. If it has food etc in it pls run the garbage to the dumpster right out front.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES EVENT OR LOUD MUSIC. IF THERE IS A POLICE PRESENCE I WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
4/20 Smoking Is Allowed AS LONG AS THE SMOKING FEE OF $100 IS PAID! NO CIGARETTE OR BLACK N MILD SMOKE IN THE UNIT AT ALL.
