In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (20.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 19.Mar.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 650 m, supermarket, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Viareggio" 11.8 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 9.4 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 17 km, Pietrasanta 10 km, Lucca 25 km, Pisa 33 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 46 km, Riomaggiore 5 Terre 79 km. Perfekte und moderne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Ausgestattet mit allem was im Urlaub benötigt wird und sehr sauber. Das Haus an sich ist frisch renoviert und sehr modern eingerichtet mit einem riesigen Garten. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Viele Ausflugsziele können von hier bequem angefahren werden. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Ideal, wenn man ein ruhiges Umfeld schätzt. Der Gastgeber/Inhaber hat das Ferienhaus auf Neubauniveau saniert, dabei Geschmack bewiesen und auf viele Details geachtet, die einen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gast- und Hilfsbereitschaft ist hervorragend. „Tutto perfetto“.
