The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, creating extra space to relax. With two bathrooms, including one with a jetted bathtub, everyone can unwind in style. The chalet stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re curling up after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this quaint and gorgeous retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere. The Dylan House offers 8-person hot tub with amazing mountain views. Chalet comes with Wood burning fireplace, gas grill and outdoor firepit as well. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Keep your eyes out for BEAR sightings!

Why they chose this property

Gatlinburg has always held a special place in my heart. Growing up, I vacationed here with my parents and sister, and when I had children of my own, I continued the tradition by bringing them to Gatlinburg to make new memories together. We chose The Dylan House because it was a vacation home where we stayed with my son Dylan before his passing. Today, the home carries his name and many beautiful memories. It means so much to me to now share this special place with other families so they can create memories of their own. ❤️
