This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Southwest Colorado, also known as the Four Corners (CO, NM, UT, AZ). Our home is located in the Forest Lakes community nestled amongst the towering Ponderosa Pines and has the feel of a mountain cabin with a wood burning fireplace. Inside, guests find two queen beds and one full bed, along with a cozy office space featuring a sofa bed. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one equipped with a bidet and both include a hair dryer, towels, body soap, and shampoo & conditioner for added comfort. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or working remotely, the welcoming atmosphere makes every moment enjoyable. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. We are located about 25 min to Sky Ute Casino, 30 minutes to Durango, 45 minutes to Pagosa Springs, 7 miles to Vallecito Reservoir, 1 hour to Purgatory Ski Resort, 1 hour 30 min to Wolf Creek Ski Area and 1 hour 45 min to Mesa Verde National Park.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put full trash bags in the trash bins located outside the house and clamp them.
Please use trash liners in the kitchen trash can. We provide extra trash liners under the kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The cabin does not have central air conditioning. Please only use the wall thermostat to control the central heating. A portable AC unit is provided.
