About: In my youth I enjoyed spending many summers visiting family who owned cabins in the area. My most fond memories from my childhood are of our family visits to Vallecito lake; fishing on the river and lake, boating, hiking for hours, exploring, our day trips to Mesa Verde and other mountain towns and making friends among the local residents. It has been my dream for many years to eventually have my own cabin that I can share with family and friends. I have been blessed and now have a cabin of my own that I can enjoy and share. I hope that I can help make some wonderful memories for you to remember.
Why Bayfield, CO, USA:
The area is perfectly located as a starting point for any number of adventures and is only a short distance to number of destinations such as Mesa Verde, Durango and Silverton. If you prefer peace and quite and just want to relax the cabin is privately located in a quite neighborhood off the main road and right along a beautiful and relaxing river. Don't worry though you are still only a short distance to the lake, horse outfitters, trail heads, a number of restaurants and other activities so there is always something to do.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
I chose this property for its location to local points of interest, river access, fishing, river and mountain views, privacy, covered decks, and friendly atmosphere.
