What makes it unusual is the quiet: the building fronts a narrow, alley-like street with an empty lot beside it and the historic district behind, so evenings are genuinely peaceful even though you are two blocks from the City Center trolley stop and one block from the farmers market (Wednesdays and Saturdays). Broadway dining, Congress Park, the racetrack, SPAC, and Saratoga Hospital are all a short walk or drive.

Ideal for traveling professionals, medical staff, relocating families, and anyone on assignment who wants downtown convenience without downtown noise. Parking is available on site for 3 cars. Level 2 EV charger included in the garage.
