Beautiful Walk to track & downtown Saratoga Springs 4BR, 2Bath w/pool

Situated on a quiet street, our charming 4 bedroom, 2 bath historic home is located just 2 blocks from the track and 3 blocks to downtown. The house has been handsomely renovated, well appointed and offers 1 queen and 3 double beds plus a double air matress, a gourmet kitchen and all amenities including fireplace, piano and entertainment center, streaming tv’s and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Central Air augment with bedroom a/c units. Wireless connectivity. Our rear porch and backyard offer a beautiful, quiet respite with an in-ground pool (opens late May, weather permitting; closes mid-September) and large deck with Weber grill. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Walk or bike to all Saratoga has to offer.

Please note that the house is available as an executive and/or family turn key rental for short or long stays.

Our host was extremely helpful with suggestions of activities for the kids and great restaurants. Their home was beautiful and clean. The kids, and adults, especially loved the goodie basket left for us with snacks and delicious coffee The fenced in yard was a definite plus for my dog. We were able to walk to town and enjoyed an afternoon of shopping. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in staying in Saratoga Springs.

We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The house is well appointed and very comfortable; we had everything we needed. Just off Union and in a lovely neighborhood, the house is very close to downtown and we enjoyed a lot of walking. Stephen was very responsive and helpful as well. I would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful home near the racetrack! The house is conveniently located to the track and the gorgeous town! It has so much charm and is beautifully decorated. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. He was very kind and we can’t wait to come back next Summer!

A great place to stay even in the rain

Rented this beautiful home near downtown for Skidmore College graduation weekend. Despite not great weather, we greatly enjoyed grilling in the backyard and hanging out in the large covered back porch. Highly recommended—rain or shine!

Wonderful spot near all the good Saratoga spots

We loved our stay, finding the location perfect for a reunion of friends and the space encouraged us to relax and reconnect. The property itself was just as described - maybe it even exceeded our expectations. We got some good time in the pool and spent most of the mornings and evenings on the back porch, which is a lovely spot to be outside but with some comfort. We'd love to come back!

Weekend Getaway

We went to Saratoga for a chess tournament for our kids. We brought my mother in law and 6lb yorkie. The house was exactly what we were looking for : spacious, comfortable and convenient. The kids loved being there, they had lots of room to play. The location was perfect for our event and centrally located. Stephen was extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend a stay for anyone who wants a convenient home point to discover Saratoga.

Beautiful Home!

My family and I rented this house for a wedding we were attending in the area. It’s in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful and immaculately cleaned. We loved every room. Steve was very gracious and accommodating. We would definitely come back to this house.

Clean and neat. Comfortable for up to 8 people. Nice outdoor deck facilities in rear. Walkable to town, about 1/2 mile. Great amenities - condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil etc. in kitchen. Great amenities in bath - shampoo, body wash, nice clean showers. Definitely worth a return.

Wedding Weekend

Steve's home was absolutely perfect . With 4 bedrooms and 2 fill baths there was ample room for 5 adults. He had a lovely welcome basket for us with a bottle of wine, snacks and of course Saratoga Spring Water. The pool was open but a bit cool to swim in mid -September . The grounds and the deck was tranquil gathering spot. The best part for us was the location . The wedding and activities were at the Saratoga Race Track which was a mere 5 minute trip. We truly enjoyed Saratoga , wish we had more time to explore . Thanks Steve for a fabulous accommodation.

Lovely stay in Saratoga

We really enjoyed our home away from home while visiting family for the holidays. Stephen was a wonderful host. The house has everything you could need for your stay, plus some nice touches like the wonderful basket of treats. We loved the fact that there are 4 bedrooms so my adult children each had their own space. The bathrooms have both obviously be redone fairly recently and are pretty and functional. Spent lots of time cozied up in the living room with the gas fireplace on. 😊 Location is perfect for walking in to town, but also for the track when it’s open. Quiet residential neighborhood. Fenced in yard was great for our little dog. Highly recommend this property.

Saratoga 2022

Very nice home but has numerous maintenance & safety issues…all the door hinges squeaked very badly especially upstairs bath & some are loose causing door not to close …exit from downstairs bathroom is a hazard & safety issue especially for senior guests as we had two folks take a fall w/o injury due to unlevel flooring…back patio stair is against code & too high for seniors to negotiate …second floor bath drain is not working properly & forced us to use downstairs shower exclusively as we did not want any water issues…landlord was most cooperative in supplying. lawn chairs, cooler for use at track and overall experience was very good…we enjoyed the house & would recommend it though the above maintenance should be addressed for future guests convenience & safety
