The holiday home features a small private terrace, and you also have access to a shared open terrace. The property is located near a restaurant and numerous hiking trails; Forte dei Marmi can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.



Free parking is available in the village center, with the possibility to charge electric vehicles. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Smoking and events are not permitted. There is an electric vehicle charging station. Laundry service is available for an extra fee. Please note that the holiday home has stairs and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
