Eine Erfahrung wert

Zu Beginn war laut Beschreibung der Schlüssel und auch keine Fernbedienung für die Tiefgarage aufzufinden in dem Schlüsselkasten für den wir den PIN bekommen haben. Dann habe ich von der Vermieterin 4 Telefonnummern bekommen und sollte mich durch die Reinigungskräfte telefonieren, nach etlichen Rücksprachen kamen wir dann in die Wohnung, da die Betten noch nicht bezogen waren mussten wir warten. Es befand sich noch essen im Kühlschrank und Schimmel im Kühlfach, der nach erneuter Rückfrage dann beseitigt wurde. Es gab noch etliche Mängel, wie die Möbel die nicht fest sind und wackeln sowohl Stühle als auch Tisch und Couch. Der Fernseher ist defekt. Und in der Wohnung sind überall Kratzer an den Wänden. Wir konnten uns durch die schöne Ortschaft draußen ein paar schöne Tage machen und immerhin war die Lage der Wohnung super!

Stornierung ohne Vorankündigung am Abreisetag

Wir kamen vor Ort an und riefen den Eigentümer der Wohnung an, um herauszufinden, wo der Schlüssel war. Stattdessen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir in dieser Wohnung nicht übernachten könnten. Wir suchten dringend nach einer neuen Wohnung.
