Family spring break trip

Great location 1/2 mile from public beach access that you could walk on bike/walking trail, drive or take the golf cart and park in the public lot. The back patio was great! We enjoyed hanging out in the afternoon when we were done with the beach or in the evenings. Santa Rosa Beach area was perfect for us. Thank you Blue Pearl!

A gorgeous home nestled in paradise - perfect family vacation.

Blue Pearl is absolutely beautiful. The correspondence for booking & arriving was easy to secure and navigate. The location is perfection- in a quaint & safe neighborhood. The private / community pool was amazing, not too crowded & so vast. The proximity to the beach was great & having access to the golf cart & all the beach amenities right in garage made beach days perfect for our group of eight of various ages. Can’t wait to come back! Memories at Blue Pearl are sure to last a lifetime.

Right Amount of Relaxation

Our family has been to a few different Florida destinations and this time we wanted more relaxation on the beach and less of the theme park tourist traps. This location allows for the relaxation but still has some great eating establishments nearby. The home itself is beautiful with plenty of space to sprawl out both inside and out. Everything was clean and you can tell they care about the property. Management couldn't have done a better job either. Thank you Blue Pearl!

MAY VACA

The house was clean and the located close to the beach, restaurants, and a Publix. If you're a late riser just know the public beach access closest to the house is crowded. We would arrive by 8 am to claim a parking spot and a place for our umbrella and chairs. The one improvement that could be made was that our adult children and their spouses found the beds in the rooms with the Jack and Jill bathroom very uncomfortable and worn. Overall, the stay was great and we would recommend this property to friends. NOTE: The upstairs room does not have a bathroom and it is a long way down and cutting into a bedroom with others to use the bathroom. Not ideal for the fourth adult couple with us. The pool made up for any small inconveniences, Great stay.
