Holiday Home 'Villa Silvia' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
The holiday home Villa Silvia in Rignano sull'Arno is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning. A baby cot is also available.
This vacation rental features a private pool (open from May to September from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm) and garden area.
A parking space is available on the property.
A maximum of 4 pets are allowed.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Heating is available upon request and for an extra fee.
Every monday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. sale of products from our farm:
wines, oil, fruit and vegetables.
Tasting in the cellar available upon previous reservation.
Chef at home upon previous reservation.

Horse riding lesson upon request.
Visit of the farm "il frassine" by jeep with aperitif in the vineyard at sunset upon request.
