Semi-detached house "Gorana", 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Mirca, 3 km from the centre of Supetar, 250 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool round (5 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 18.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 4.7 km, ferry 4 km, pebble beach 250 m. Marina 3 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Airfield 46 km from the property. Semi-detached house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit, one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.
