Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This condo is an end unit providing you with more privacy and windows for enjoying the incredible oceanfront views! The condo has been completely renovated with all the modern touches. The great room provides plenty of seating with two sofas and a recliner (1 is a sleeper sofa). You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO. Wireless internet is provided.

The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. You will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows while your prepare your daily meals! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 6 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. It has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress for a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Beautiful views from 5th floor. Amazing sunrise every morning. Gorgeous facilities with awesome pool & hot tub. Condo furnished nicely. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Property is good. Newer updates of course are always welcome. Door to balcony extremely hard to operate. Nice place. Enjoyed it with my two grandkids. We cooked a lot and used the grills. Would stay again

Great Location and unit to stay at in South Padre Island

We loved every moment from the time we walked into the unit. Great location and wonderful view of the ocean from the condo. Loved our morning coffee on the balcony. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyable. Staff was available and helpful when we called them. I highly recommend this place and will be staying here the next time we visit South Padre Island.

We will keep coming back!

This is the 3rd time we have come back to this condo! We love it. Great location on the beach. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only thing that was not so great was that the elevator kept breaking and was out of order. They get back up and working quickly but it is rough when you have to carry an infant and items up 5 flights of stairs. Aside from that we love it!

Great Memorial Day Weekend!

My husband and two children stayed over Memorial Day weekend and we have nothing but great things to say. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Property managers were super friendly and very helpful. We loved it so much we are planning a long weekend in October.

Awesome!

This was a family vacation that was very much needed! Our room overlooked the pool and the the view of the beach was great to say the least. Sunrises from the room is a plus. The building is conveniently located to restaurants and a grocery store near by. The manager on site, Soila Perez, was very pleasant. We will deferentially be looking at staying here again!

RELAXING & AMAZING HOME away from home

Not only is it decorated absolutely amazingly, but the view is spectacular and the pool and jacuzzi are so pretty and clean. There were so many towels and extra blankets and pillows which is always great and comes in handy. It's in a great location and had everything we needed utility wise also. I went with my parents and grandparents which all of them loved it & then my boyfriend and little boyfriend joined us later which they enjoyed it very much also! It's perfect for all ages!

We have come to S. Padre several times, but this was our first time to stay in a condo vs. a hotel. We are so glad we made the decision to do so. Your office staff (Angie) was very professional and helpful. She answered all of our questions well and definitely was an asset to us and our stay there. Our stay was very pleasant and we so appreciated how nice our condo was. The bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals. The laundry room and new equipment was terrific and we can't say enough about the views of the ocean. The only thing that could have been better were the mattresses. There are 5 of us and my son opted to sleep on the couch, instead of the twin bed in the shared room, because the mattress was not comfortable and the pull out sofa was also not good. Our last morning there, I happened to see Angie in the office and was raving about our stay, but did tell her we had one suggestion and that was to upgrade the mattresses. One other thing I would like to suggest is that the front gate is not really secure at night, because one can simply slide a hand through an area where the metal mesh is bent back, and reach up to unlock it. I would have felt a little safer if that was not the case. If we plan another family trip to S. Padre in the future, we will choose to come back to stay at the Seabreeze and would be interested in booking unit 505 again. THANK YOU for helping us to have a very nice family vacation!

We have been upgrading many of our condos to Memory Foam mattresses and we have this unit down for the next purchase. Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed condo. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo. Laundry room furnished with a very nice washer & dryer. Family room had very comfortable sofa and recliner. In fact I had a hard time getting my husband out of the recliner.
