We do NOT condone partying or excessive noise. Anyone breaking these rules will be EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND. We cater to families and couples looking for a quiet oasis during the Spring to vacation.

Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This under the sea themed condo has a great room, which features a mural painted by a local artist of an enchanting mermaid. There is plenty of seating with brand new leather furniture. It has a Queen sleeper sofa with a love seat that reclines and a side chair. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD TV with Cable and HBO! There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room’s wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 6 at the dining room table.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your Oceanfront private balcony. In addition out your front door you can enjoy the sunset over the Laguna Madre from the common balcony! The views can’t be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Family Vacation

I gave our stay 2 stars because of the wonderful view and nice condo. However, the parking, loading and unloading areas, the broken elevator raised our stress levels v. our relaxation levels. We were disappointed in these last factors because of safety concerns for my 84 year old mother, and overall convenience factors previously mentioned.

We appreciate the discounted rate but having stated that, I feel even the discounted rate was still too high given the inconvenience factors.

We will probably not stay at the Seebreeze 1 again or recommend it to our friends. The main positive was you and the staff were very accommodating and user friendly and we do appreciate that.

Sorry, it was just too much hassle. We just were unable to relax the whole time we stayed there.

Owner's Response: Hi Noe, Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize again for the problems with the elevator. As you know we did call Otis Elevator company immediately to fix the elevator when it broke. Parts had to be ordered and the elevator is in full working condition now. Otis thankfully, was able to get the elevator working while we waited on parts. During this wait there were times where the elevator stopped working, and each time we got it working again. I do apologize for the inconvenience and stress this caused you. Our elevator is serviced monthly to proactively prevent breakdowns, unfortunately the Otis Elevator company was unable to prevent the door wheels from breaking and therefore the parts had to be ordered so that the elevator doors would close in order for the elevator to fully function. I wish we lived in a Vacation bubble where everything works perfectly all the time, but unfortunately we live in the real world too and sometimes things do break. We have a full staff on site and an emergency phone number that is available 24/7 to help our guests with any issues that should arise immediately. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo itself and hopefully you will consider us for an upcoming vacation knowing that things have been repaired properly. Sincerely, Angie
