Avec seulement deux unités par étage, Grandview 103 offre une expérience très spéciale et unique. Situé sur une falaise de 15 pieds au-dessus des dunes de sable, vos points de vue sur la plage et les eaux émeraude sont spectaculaires si vous êtes dans la cuisine, chambre, salle de séjour ou d'un patio.

Promenez-vous de votre patio privé à travers la pelouse verdoyante à la piscine ou à la promenade de la plage - pas d'ascenseur ou les étapes nécessaires!

Le salon est idéal pour les couples et les familles nombreuses. La cuisine gastronomique spacieuse offre fours doubles et une île de travail, et est équipé de tout le matériel dont vous aurez besoin pour un voyage parfait pour la plage.

Avec des restaurants et des épiceries à un jet de pierre de là, vous décidez de chaque stock et cuisiner ou prendre facilement et dinez.

Beautiful view, great location and easy access to the beach.

We have two young boys and the unit was perfect for our family. They played on the grass in front of the condo, it was so easy to get back and forth from the beach and walking to the surf hut was so convenient when we didn’t feel like making a meal. We will definitely come back.

5 star property and location but what really sets it apart is the host. Easiest check-in, great property info and he texted me several times to make sure everything was going well. Outrageous service!

Great Location

Perfect location! This unit and complex is fantastic. Views of the water, first floor location and pool proximity were all pluses for us. We are a family of 5 (2 girls and a boy; 14, 13, 10) The room configuration was ideal. Close to all local attractions, walking distance to grocery and beach front dinning. Beach is pristine and the chairs/umbrella were set up every morning. Looking forward to our next stay!

Can’t get ANY closer to the beach!!!

The convenience of this location to pool and beach cannot be beat! Super accessible to my 86 yo father and convenient for early morning pool dips for the 8yo. So spacious. Well built complex that offers privacy, quiet, and outdoor space for everyone. Lovely!!! The only disappoints were the fireplace not working (March in Destin can be touch and go with freeze warnings and warm breezes at 70 degrees) and the mildew smells in the double bedroom. But having that separate thermostat in the lockout room for my elderly father was KEY!

Take the moment, and stay here!

This home is beautiful!! It's stunning views of the Emerald Coast can't be better! You are literally 20 seconds from the Crystal Clear emerald blue waters! We had awesome views of the water, a private beach and our "own" pod of dolphins that came through everyday. The house is set up well 3 bedrooms and the division of the home can easily accommodate 2 families. It's a very good sized rental!!! John is a great host, easy to contact and responds quickly. He worked with us to come down a day early so we could beat a blizzard back home in Indiana! We will be booking next December asap!! Thanks, The Mullett's

Amazing View!

The house the perfect. Fully stocked with everything you need. Sits right on the beach so no need to make huge hauls to the beach! Sit on the porch and drink your morning coffee watching the dolphins and enjoying the sounds of the waves. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Views

You literally can sit on your back porch and enjoy the Gulf. The location of the pool and beach is perfect for families. The layout of the condo allows for everyone to have their own space. Everything you need is within walking distance - it’s a perfect location. Hosts were great - super responsive and super nice! We will definitely be back.

Best Vacation Ever!

Perfect vacation condo! Spacious, clean, gorgeous interior, great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Enjoyed family meals at large dining table and wonderfully equipped kitchen. Gorgeous view of ocean. Walk out door to beautiful white beach, grassy area, and pool. Loved the two umbrellas and chairs provided with condo at the beach everyday. Very close to grocery and outlet stores. Lots of great restaurants and things to do in area. If have children some of our family went on a pirate ship with sword fights and treasure hunt which they raved about. Just love this condo, the area, and the Whitley’s that own it. Perfection!

Our family of 6 has been coming to the gulf coast for 10 years but have never stayed in a condo this perfect! Perfect views of the ocean from the back porch and easily accessible to getting to the beach! Beach was hardly crowded in our area. We hope to come back very soon!! The owner was so prompt at returning emails and texts too! We HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Amazing, comfortable, spacious beach retreat!!!

This place was absolutely perfect for us! The condo is so spacious and inviting. The heated pool right out our door was perfect for our children when they got too cold at the ocean. We loved having green space right outside the living room along with our own patio. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of so we cooked in almost every night. The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms made us all feel like we had our own space-along with the beautiful and spacious dining and living rooms. Thank you for sharing with us, Whitleys! We had an awesome time and made some wonderful memories there. We will definitely return!

Seven Years and Counting!!!!

This was our seventh year at Grandview 103 and fourth year with John and a Laura, who are great Owners. Grandview 103 is a unique experience. You walk out of your back door and there is your private beach with a beach chair set up on beautiful Gulf water. After a day at the beach, you are in the middle of some of the finest seafood restaurants in the country. If seafood is not your fare, there are ample other fine cuisine restaurants in the area. Feel like shopping, there is a tremendous malll right across the Emerald highway. Feel like dining in, Grandview 103 has a fully equipped kitchen plus there is a grill right outside the front door. We have stayed there 7 years and have already booked for next year. It is an experience that has become a part of our life.

6 Years and Coming Back Next Year!!!

This was our 6th year at Grandview 103. We rented for 2 weeks again and the first the weather was good overall with one "rain" day. The second week our Daughter and two Grandchildren arrived from their Shore House in New Jersey and guess what, they got one day of sunshine. That's the breaks at the beach. As for Grandview 103, it was as good as ever. This is absolutely the best rental in the area. Imagine having a first class condo that you walk out of directly onto a private, sparkling white, sand beach that runs in to clear blue water. When you are done at the beach, maybe you want to take a dip into the private pool and then walk into your luxury condo to clean up for dinner out at the many, many fine restaurants in the area or to dine in with the well furnished kitchen. I am telling you, this is the place to go. You have a king BR, a Queen BR, and BR with two double beds. Each BR has a private bath. Each BR has modern TV and there is a 6O" TV in the LR. To top it off, you have your own private WiFi. I really suggest you look at the Grndview 103 website and book for next season. You will not be disappointed.

Great Vacation!

I have never written a review for anything in my life! So, I hope this carries some weight for you all. Our stay at grandview 103 was absolutely wonderful! There were 4 adults and 3 kids (5, 3, and 10months). We were pleasantly surprised by the size and floor plan of the condo but it's location to the pool and beach simply can not be beat with kids. There was no hauling loads and loads of equipment around! The owner was more than friendly and helpful with our questions and even had a heavenly ham delivered the day we checked in. The ham was our dinner and then lunch the next day. Such a thoughtful gesture after traveling all day. Overall, the unit was just as described, the location to the beach was perfect, it was close to shopping and restaurants, and we would totally recommend to friends and stay again! The only negative I can come up with is that the light switches were rather tricky! :)

We currently reside in Dallas,Texas. Our family has always loved the beach and has been to Destin on numerous Vacations and decided to make it part of our Family. Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We really liked the open floor plan of the Condo. The proximity of the pool and outside Grill area being right next to the Unit creates a much bigger Condo. Each bedroom having it's own balcony really points out what a great location our unit has and when you add the most spectacular view that is as close as you can get to the beach, it makes this a perfect place for a family!
