The house was clean, well equipped kitchen, laundry washer/dryer. Pool had full sun all day. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. We had a few minor issues the property manager delt with promptly. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

House needs updates and maintenance. Hot tub does not work, could not get it to heat, barely any bubbles, same temp as pool. Many electrical outlets do not work. The gaming system couldn't be used, all the batteries were missing. No backup toilet paper in the house. Pool was clean and nice. Distance to parks, grocery and restaurants was ideal. House was clean and had towels and kitchen items to use. Host, property manager were responsive. The problem with hot tub just couldn't be fixed.

Sorry to hear that, we put in a new pool heater and were in the process of installing a spa attachment to make more bubbles…batteries is an issue thats why i left over a dozen in the kitchen drawers..dated yeah…i have high turnover so its hard to find enough time to reno…im not sure about the electrical outlets but when i go down 4x year i check to see what needs fixing. The gaming system either unplugged or not on the correct input..a quick text and I could have trouble shooted with you…pool will not heat up unless you request and pay for pool heat. Location, safe neighborhood and amenities

No I didn’t enjoy the pool was not heated the jacuzzi did not work the pool was filthy the play area was filthy the did not wash anything the garage was so filthy they had thier old truck in the the garage,old boxes junk from years Christmas Trees tape on the tables old furniture from back in 80’s and they would not even give me some of my money back just horrible I give them 0

Cold snap haven’t seen that kinda cold for a long time, electric pool heaters wont heat close to zero…but heater works unless its freezing sorry about that

Nice vacation house for a great price

We enjoyed our stay here! Located close to many amenities and theme parks! We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and utilized the kitchen with all of the pots, pans, and coffee makers you would ever need. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property manager was very helpful and easy to get ahold of before arriving. The place was well taken care of and my family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for our next vacation to Florida.

The location is really good, and the house is spacious and fit out expectation. The Manager Jenn is very fast responsive and did her best to fix small issues in the house, specially with pool and spa. We had a very nice time there.

The house is older but still nice and close to everything. There was plenty of space to cook and entertain. We enjoyed it. The owner was super responsive before, during and after our stay. Oh, it’s ver affordable with the amenities I needed: safe and clean with wifi and a pool.

What an amazing stay this was! The property is cozy and the beds were all comfortable. The host was also very communicative and checked on us through messaging. Definitely can tell the place has been lived in and could use some TLC in some areas, but all can be overlooked when you put everything mentioned on top of the location into consideration. Highly recommend and will consider staying again in the future!
