'Dreamstay' 4 BR Exec Single Story Home with Pool-Near Disney

This beautiful single storey villa is in the established Lindfields development of Kissimmee, located close to Disney. The property is deceptively large and has a living area over 2,200 sq ft, not including the garage and pool area. The property has 4 large bedrooms and 2 large sitting rooms, a dining area and separate breakfast area with an en-suite master bathroom and 2 further bathrooms. There is a kitchen and laundry room, both equipped to the highest standard. Outside there is a large heated South West facing swimming pool, backing onto woodland conservation area, with pool chairs and sun loungers. Ideal for the lazy days or to relax after a day at a theme park or shopping. The pool itself is approx 30ft long and is 6 ft deep at the deep end. We have owned the villa since 2000 and have rented since then. Discounts given for last minute bookings.

Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our adult son, adult daughter, her husband and our two grandchildren (ages 10 and 13). We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and as a lover of cooking I really appreciated the large kitchen and extensive counter space. I was able to easily cook meals including a full Christmas dinner and our granddaughter made an amazing chocolate espresso cheesecake for dessert. The grands enjoyed the pool every day and the adults enjoyed a little pool time as well. We found that having the second "living area" was very convenient. They didn't have renters for a couple of days prior to our check-in so they allowed us to check in a little early. The Home is close to stores and restaurants but it's a very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood would be great for kids to ride bikes as there is very little traffic. Josephine was very quick to respond to the couple of questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Owners were very responsive and tried to help from overseas but property management non existent pretty much useless. It says Call number for property manager and then says says leave message but there is no voicemail set up to leave message. Pros- Amazing pool, huge home, decently clean but not perfect. No bugs,bathroom and pool towels, great family layout, good area close to parks, 192, and fun, many stores and places to check out. Owners were nice and great very helpful but live overseas so could only do so much from there. I do not blame them at all for any issues due to bad management company.Cons- didnt have much starting stuff as many of the homes we have stayed in always had some of each necessities, had some stuff but very very minimal and limited. Definitely have bare minimum at the home so bring, dish soap(none) cleaning sponge (none), paper towels (none), toilet paper (you get 1 roll in each bathroom) trash bags (1 in can no extras) and anything else you can think of you will need. Went to use grill was real dirty and no propane last occupant or cleaner left burners on. Day before we left we couldnt connect any phones or laptops only the house tvs stayed connected to net it was weird we couldnt reconnect any of our personal items. Owners sent a neighbor he tried to help but everything he could think of we tried. Cleaning issues i found- food under couches, window sills filthy, sticky stuff on counter when arrived. All minor i cleaned the counter no biggy.

Wonderful property. Large with plenty of room. Everyone in our group was able to space out and have privacy. Very clean and lots of dishes and cooking equipment. Pool was clean and warm. Disney was only 10 minutes away.

Jo and Dereck's home was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. I appreciated their communication and detailed information provided prior to our stay; they were especially accommodating. Family of 4 adults stayed here for 5 nights after cruise. Down the road from more costly Emerald Island. A large, clean, comfortable, not fancy home in non-gated safe, residential area. Good size pool/deep end with forest behind. Get pool heat, use cover. No spa or game room. Lots of kitchen equipment. Plenty of hot water. 2 large living areas. TV in one and in master. 45 mins. MCO, 20-25 Disney, 40min, Universal, 75min. Cocoa Beach. Check GPS for heavy traffic. Publix/Aldi(cheaper)/Walmart.near. Responsive/helpful hosts.

Large home, nice pool and tons of supplies.

Arrived on a saturday evening and stayed for 6 nights. The house was huge! It had 2 living rooms for a larger families, a screened pool area, BBQ, tons of pots, pans, dishes. Only thing we needed to buy was groceries, soap and some extra toilet tissue. The house needs a little updating but is VERY well stocked as if someone lives there full time. It is tucked away from main busy roads and close to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and about 20 minutes to most theme parks Due to us arriving on later on Saturday the maintenence office was closed until Monday. The only issue being the pool heat wasnt turned on before arrival ( which we paid extra for) Tuesday was still 62° in the pool. Then a maintence man came by and fixed it up. Sadly we still didnt have a warm pool until the day before we left but it was handled when they had time to stop by. Only complaint its the comfort of the mattresses was not great. I would invest in some better ones especially in the main suite and larger beds. Overall a great stay 10/10 would come back next time.

July 24 stay

We had a lovely stay at the villa which was well located for all the day trips we made and the villa was very spacious and comfortable. We particularly like the privacy of the pool area. The air con stopped working one night due to a faulty capacitor but the local agents got it fixed the next day. We would recommend the villa for a fun family holiday.the privacy

Amazing House

This house was amazing and was perfect for our family. Having 3 full bathrooms was so convenient for all the kids. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The house was in a very quiet subdivision and we always felt safe. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location. Very spacious villa, kitchen very well equipped. General standard of cleanliness was excellent but ornaments on high up shelves, windows, patio doors runners, pool area could all do with a deep clean. Beds not great, generally a nice stay at a reasonable price but would benefit from a refurb.
