Le Jardin is conveniently located right in the heart of Baytowne Wharf, a self-contained village with world class restaurants, shops and nightlife right outside your door. You can park your car and never use it again until it’s time to go home.

Our beautiful 3-story townhome is an end unit, offering amazing bay views, making it a great choice among these highly desired Le Jardin homes. It has been professionally decorated and is well equipped to be a perfect vacation home for 1-3 couples or a small family with children. We keep this home clean and well updated, and pay attention to amenities you expect, such as high-speed internet, nice flat-screen TVs, high-definition cable, hair dryers in each bathroom and more. We also provide items our smaller guests may need like a high chair and pack-n-play.

The First Level:

Walk into the main level and the first thing you’ll notice is the soaring 12 ½ -foot ceilings with crown molding and 2 sets of double French doors. You’ll also find an expansive living room with furniture that is both beautiful and comfortable. It’s a great place to gather to lounge, relax and maybe watch a game or movie on the large flat screen TV. You'll also find a powder room on the main level.

Kitchen and Dining Room

Our kitchen is a cook’s dream. You’ll appreciate our commercial quality Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, under-the-counter wine cooler, professional cookware and convenient pantry. Make your morning coffee with our drip coffee maker, Keurig K-cup or if you prefer, walk 100 feet to a local coffee shop to get your favorite morning beverage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities such as a toaster, microwave, mixer, blender, ample plates, glasses, wine and beer glasses and kitchen utensils. And we even have a supply of spices, sugar, creamer, aluminum foil, etc.

The dining room is the perfect place to gather for meals or conversation. It’s open to the kitchen and the family room for easy entertaining and features a beautiful glass table, six comfortable chairs and a stunning candle chandelier.

The front porch has a table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee, take in the serene setting or share a meal. This comfortable spot has a view of the bay – what a lovely place to relax and enjoy some quiet time while on vacation.

King Master (Bedroom #1)

Located on the second floor, the King Master Bedroom has 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, and a new King bed with inviting Egyptian Cotton sheets. There’s a flat screen TV, bedside table, reading lamps, and a large closet, iron and ironing board and a shared attached balcony (with bedroom Jr. Queen Master). The custom wooden blinds make it easy to darken the room for an afternoon nap, or if you’d like to sleep in while on vacation.

The attached bathroom is equipped with double vanity, large fluffy towels, blow dryer, tub & shower combo and separate commode room.

Jr Queen Master (Bedroom #2)

Also located on the second floor, the Jr. Queen Master Bedroom features 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a beautiful, four-poster Queen bed with Egyptian cotton sheets. You’ll also find a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, a large closet, and a shared attached balcony. Wooden blinds allow you to dim the room for sleeping in or napping. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and features a tub and shower combo, large fluffy towels, and blow dryer.

Also on the second floor, you’ll find a front-load high efficiency washer and dryer.

King Master Suite (Bedroom #3)

Located on the third floor, the private King Master Suite features 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a King-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, and a double-sided fireplace. You’ll also appreciate the flat screen TV, bedside dressers with reading lamps, ceiling fan, and a large closet. Wooden blinds let you dim the room for sleeping in or napping. Step onto the private balcony and enjoy a spectacular view of the bay.

The attached luxurious bathroom is appointed with all White Marble, double vanity, jetted Jacuzzi tub next to the fireplace, separate shower and separate commode room. Of course this bathroom also has large fluffy towels and a blow dryer as well.

Le Jardin is the ultimate in location and comforts. Known as the the most upscale property inside Baytowne Wharf.

What makes this townhome unique

Isn't it so annoying when you pay good money for a rental and they don't even have Salt and Pepper in the cupboard? When you rent our homes you will find much more in our places than you would in the typical rental. You'll find spices in the cupboards, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, foil, etc. Our guests always comment on how well equipped our home is. While it may not be your deciding factor when you are choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you get here. Most everything you’ll need during your stay is here! Because we live so far away, we take special care to make sure everything is in perfect condition. It’s imperative that we have the best help. We employ a housekeeper who only cleans for us. We do not use one of those massive cleaning companies who dash in and out in 15 minutes and call it clean. Our housekeeper takes hours to clean our condo (so the cleaning fee is more than you’d pay with others but we ensure it’ll be really clean!) Come and stay with us and I can assure you’ll be happy!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Le Jardin property! It is beautifully decorated, well-maintained and clean. We loved having three master's so everyone has their own bathrooms. We love the front porch for morning coffee and the fact that it is so convenient to the BayTowne shops and restaurants. We walked with our grouper catch to Hammerheads and they cooked it for us. The beds were comfy and the furniture is nice. There is enough space and seating in the living room for everyone, and there is room for everyone around the dining table. The pool that is accessible with this property is large and very pretty. We had no problem dealing with the paperwork to rent this property nor any technical difficulties with the keypad locks or such. The only downer was the long shuttle ride to the gulf beach and then to find a very beautiful but crowded beach at that. We didn't spend time there but it was fine as we had other options. Thanks again for a great place to stay.

Great space for a group

This is a great property in the heart of the Wharf area walking distance to outstanding dining and entertainment options. The property itself is laid out really nice with great common space on the first floor. The condo description was pretty accurate although it could use someone to walk through with a magic eraser. Overall it was clean, just marks on the walls/carpet etc. The location more than made up for the cosmetic flaws. Pool area was great once we figured out the code to get up there. The gate code is wrong in the guide book in the room and a call the management company came up empty as well. I ended up getting the code from a group of kids that were headed in there. Only thing i would change on the description of the property is that it's not a true 3 master bedroom condo. There are 2 masters with an on suite, and one bedroom that has a bathroom down the hall. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property if you are traveling with a small group.

The hallways do get scuffed by people bringing their bags up the stairs and it is more than a magic eraser can tackle. We generally go through the whole condo with touch-up paint and hit those spots. We'll be sure to schedule that very soon. As for the 3rd bedroom, I guess I am a bit perplexed by your comments; our ad does clearly state the 3rd bedroom as a Jr Master--Queen room with it's own bathroom accessible from the hallway.

Great location. Nice place. Better like stairs!

Nice property but hated climbing 2 flights of stairs to get to master bedroom. I run 3-5 miles away three days a week. I was out of breath every time I hiked up to the bedroom! Make sure you don't forget something before leaving the master bedroom or you get to hike it all over again!

The TVs are small relative to the house.

The location is very convenient for Baytown but this unit has no view from he balcony unless you like looking at pine trees.

Owner's Response: Wow. Not sure how to respond to your review. I'm sorry you did not like the stairs. Prior to booking anyone, we talk about the stairs. We make sure everyone is aware that all the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. As for the bay views, the photos on our page are taken from the patio and the upstairs deck. Yes, you have to look through the protected marsh lands to see the water--exactly as it is photographed and displayed on our page. We are very careful about depicting true and accurate photos of our properties. Again, sorry you didn't enjoy this property.

Nice place to stay

Very nice place and well decorated. I loved the view and the serenity of the end condo. The appliances were a little faulty. The washer button isn't right so you never know what setting its on and the oven would set off the fire alarm even just heating up food quickly. The place was very clean and roomy for two small families and the location was so convenient

Great place!

This condo was in excellent shape with everything we needed. We normally rent a home in Cytstal Beach however we loved the amenities in this area. We were able to take trolley to beach, run on great paths, and have great restaurants right outside our door. It was perfect location facing the bay and super quiet. Service from management was the best. We do not recommend for those who can't climb stairs.

A Fabulous Getaway!

We had the most amazing time! Le Jardin #169 is totally upscale. My husband's friends decided that they wanted to get away and play golf for his 60th birthday! I was recently introduced to VRBO.com and got very lucky my first time! We were looking for a 3-bedroom rental for three couples. Since it was my husband's birthday, we took the 3rd floor with a connecting beautiful bathroom and spectacular view from the balcony. Our friends were nestled on the 2nd floor with each bedroom with doors to the balcony. We met downstairs for coffee each morning before tee time and shopping. We took the Tram to the beach, which was very convenient. At night we walked to various restaurants and I even stopped to take part in a line dance or two! The entire trip was amazing. My husband had a wonderful 60th birthday celebration with his friends playing golf at two awesome golf courses. My girlfriends and I enjoyed shopping at the outlets. When were done for the day and walked into Le Jardin #169, we all just wished we could stay longer. It is a truly breathtakingly beautiful property. The best getaway ever!
