Located in a historic property on the world famous St Charles Avenue streetcar line, you will be in the center of town only a few minute walk to some of New Orleans' best attractions: WW2 Museum, The Ogden Museum of Southern Art, the French Quarter, the Aquarium of the Americas, Shops at Canal Place.

Walk 4 blocks to the Amtrak station. Walk 3 blocks to Lee Circle where the best Mardi Gras parades roll on their way downtown. People wait for hours and save a spot on this route, but you will have all your comforts of home 1 block from the 'Route.'

Three blocks away is a great, brand new Rouse's supermarket with fantastic prepared foods in addition to whatever groceries you'll need.

You are blocks from some of the City's finest restaurants both in the CBD and the French Quarter: Desi Vega's Steakhouse, Josephine Estelle, Balise, Willa Jean, Company Burger, Maypop, Herbsaint, Bayona, Peche and August to name just a few.

Amazing

The PERFECT property for a large group. Location was great, the setup was perfect. Each bedroom was far enough away from each other that a large group never felt on top of each other. And the common space was plenty big for all of us to be able to hang out. The owner Gary was awesome, helpful and totally trustworthy and professional.

Six bedrooms, great living space, walking distance to French Quarter.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment has six bedrooms and a very nice kitchen and common space. We parked the car in the lot across the street and walked everywhere. So many top restaurants withing 10 minutes walk and the quarter itself is only about 15 minutes away

I definitely recommend this space for groups visiting new orleans.

Totally outstanding

This was an amazing place for our group of 10. Huge rooms, everyone had a bed, plenty of bathrooms, super unique ambiance, great place to hang out and an ideal home base to explore the city. Location is great -- the neighborhood is very central with lots of up-and-coming restaurants, and is a short distance from most everything else.

Gary was a great host, was super responsive, and made things very easy for us. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for any large group.

The Real World

Hip decor and tons of space, this place really does feel like a real world house. Came with a group of 14 and we never felt cramped. Close to everything but nice to get out of the quarter when it's time to settle in. Gary was a great host; very accommodating in securing additional beds for us and gave a ton of info. on where to eat and what to see. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great experience staying in this beautiful and unique rental during our trip to New Orleans

I initially selected this property as part of planning a group trip to visit New Orleans. The things that attracted me to the rental was the large amount of space, the eclectic decor, and the good location. Upon arrival it was clear we had made a great choice. The rental is located along the streetcar line and the neighborhood was nice and quiet during our stay. There is a parking lot across the street which makes it easy if you have a car while staying in town. For our group of 9 guys, there was plenty of room and the house was very comfortable. It's obvious a lot of time and effort has been put into remodeling the space. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay while visiting New Orleans. The owner, Gary, was also very helpful during our stay.
