Amazing

The PERFECT property for a large group. Location was great, the setup was perfect. Each bedroom was far enough away from each other that a large group never felt on top of each other. And the common space was plenty big for all of us to be able to hang out. The owner Gary was awesome, helpful and totally trustworthy and professional.

This house made our trip!

Enough can't be said about how wonderful this house was. Gary made our welcome easy and spent personal time with us showing us the house and sharing his recommendations for restaurants or things to do around town. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. There was an amazing grocery store in walking distance which made things really easy. There is even a cute art studio right next door. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the laundry room was perfect!

You can tell Gary truly wants all of his visitors to feel comfortable and have a great time. If you are debating about renting this house don't wait. You won't regret it!

PERFECT for a big group

Gary's place is amazing. Perfectly set up for a big group of "grown ups" - space to hang out together and also to escape into your own room if you want - close/walkable to most everything and everybody loved hopping on and off the street car for longer trips. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for everything!

Great place to stay in a perfect section of NOLA

We just completed our trip to NOLA with 7 guys on a low key bachelor party weekend. This place was perfect, we had more than enough space for bedrooms, bathrooms, and socializing. It is a very safe feeling area and is close to everything we wanted to do, walk or a quick Uber to anywhere downtown. There is also a grocery store a couple blocks away that makes stocking up easy. I highly recommend this place for bigger groups that would like some private/semi private space for everyone and can appreciate a nicely renovated place that still has some character from the age of the building. Also the owner was great, easy to communicate with and very hospitable. A+ experience overall!

Great place for large party

Place is awesome reminded us of a MTV Real World house. We had a bachelor party w 11 guys and we were all comfortable. Gary was a great host and we got our deposit back so we were happy. I'd stay there again.

Six bedrooms, great living space, walking distance to French Quarter.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment has six bedrooms and a very nice kitchen and common space. We parked the car in the lot across the street and walked everywhere. So many top restaurants withing 10 minutes walk and the quarter itself is only about 15 minutes away

I definitely recommend this space for groups visiting new orleans.
