Upper Level of Beach House - This large 5 Bedroom upstairs unit with 2 full baths with parking for 3 vehicles onsite. Consists of the 2nd and 3rd Floor of the Building (downstairs unit is rented separately.) Sit on your covered porch to watch the traffic and excitement and enjoy the breeze! Outside area for BBQ and just hanging out. Conveniently located in the downtown area where all the entertainment and action is! Short walk to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. Great for the whole family, and groups! Shopping Outlets are a short ride across the bridge as well as Assateague Island to watch the ponies!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Ocean City! Our group was pretty large, and the home fit us perfectly—plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also great common areas where we could gather together. 5 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach.

Great distance to the beach. Loud street but couldn’t hear inside but sitting on deck was a little loud. Older home in need of updates but big and roomy for all the guests. The major letdown was that there were 12 of us and 2 bathrooms. Yes, we knew that before but one is in a bedroom.

Great spot for a group

We stayed here with a group of around 14 of all ages and had a great time. We had plenty of room to spread out both inside and on the deck. Everything was cleaned nicely and ready for us when we arrived. Communication with the owner was outstanding. When I messaged the owner about one of the the bedrooms getting warm I got a reply from Dawn in seconds and she had someone there with a replacement unit a couple hours after that. The area was exactly where we wanted to be. Anything we needed or was a a two-minute walk away. The whole group agreed we want to come back here next year! We highly recommend the property!

Not a family vacation home.

The Property manager was courteous and attentive every time I contacted her. This house is not suitable for families because of parties and constant noise surrounding the house. Also Coffee pot had mold in it. No hand railing going to the top part of the house. No fire extinguisher in the kitchen. Broken chairs in dinning area.

607 Philadelphia stay

The house was very spacious. The sheets were not put on the beds when we arrived. The counter had a ant trap that looks like it had not been changed out in months because it was filled with a lot of ants. The floors were extremely dirty and dusty. The mattress pads were filthy. The dishes were all dirty and dusty. We went with friends and family, who are all in their 30s, this house is a college party type of place.

PRUITT upper house

Location was great, parking was fine. The place was plenty big enough and accommodated the sleeping situation well. Front porch and entrance was filthy and beat up. The front porch light did not work and was broken and containing a birds nest. Upstairs room was a sauna upon arrival and took a while to cool down to a relatively decent temperature to sleep. Bathrooms were a little dirty, specifically the showers and floors. The shower in the bathroom attached to the back room had mold all over the place. We had to replace the filters in every air conditioner window unit in the house when we got there; they were all past due for a change. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and once we got it to kick on, it took roughly 24 hours to get cold enough to maintain drinks and food. The location and bed situation is what saved the place. If just based on the physical condition of this unit then not worth the price for 3 nights.

Overall fine house with one main issue

Overall, I would say that the house was as advertised and did a fine job, the one main issue that we found was that there was an ant infestation issue in the kitchen. If any piece of food, crumbs, or even an empty glass was accidentally left out, you could be sure to find it covered in ants by the time you came back.

Perfect place to stay if you just need sleep for the night and have fun during day!

The property was as advertised. Plenty of room for large groupings or gatherings. 2 blocks from the beach/ boardwalk which made it very convenient and provided good locations nearby for food and fun. Communication with owner was very accommodating and met all our needs. Sam K Aug 5-Aug 10

Great location! Overall, we enjoyed our stay

The inside of the house was exactly as pictured online. As someone else said, the interior looks older but we didn't mind that. It is spacious and we were happy with the amenities (wifi, AC, etc). My biggest complaint is that the listing does not specify that we were renting only the upper part of the house (I only realized this AFTER we paid in a message from the owner). Luckily, the family that booked the lower part of the house were friendly and we didn't have any issues. (The upper and lower part have separate entrances.) It just would've been nice to know before we paid that we were in fact not renting the entire house; only the upper half. We paid A LOT for the three days and were expecting to have the whole house to ourselves. Anyways, we still had a pretty great time and the short walking distance to the beach was definitely one of the pros. More pros: The owner was responsive and kind enough to let us check in early which we really appreciated since we arrived earlier than planned. There is a liquor store, restaurant and little convenience store just one block away across the street.

Perfect location - great house for groups

We had a large group (13 people) and the place had plenty of space for us. Large outdoor patio and huge living room. Dawn was responsive and accommodating. It's definitely an older house, but we're not looking for fancy here, just proximity to beach and boardwalk! Check-in/out was a breeze. We had a great time and will definitely return again.
