Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom beach home. First floor features a spacious master bedroom with king size bed, large living room, huge family room with eat in kitchen. Upstairs features extra master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with a full and a great kids room with two twins. Central AC and wireless internet. Great fenced in back yard with double sized outdoor shower, large patio and gas grill for summer dinners. Large wrap around porch for enjoying summer breezes. You can see the beach entrance from the front porch or stroll right down to the park. This is the best location in Cape May Point. Beautiful old Victorian with a new, fresh clean, comfortable inside. Our beach house is super clean and we pride ourselves on that. It makes for really easy living, just how you should have it on your vacation. Come and enjoy 'The Mayor's House' and make some fabulous memories to last a lifetime.

Charming old house

My family and I loved this house. It was very comfortable living with nice simple decor. My only issue was the house description says 3 full baths. There is a toilet only bathroom off the kitchen with no sink, a full bathroom in the master on the first floor and a very small bathroom on the second floor with just a tub and no shower. Close to the Surf Ave. beach entrance which made going to the beach a breeze :-)

A different vibe altogether. If you want peace, quiet, beach and nature this is the place. Yet still close enough to Cape May to enjoy great seafood and dining. This is the place. Beautiful, spacious, well equipped, perfectly situated

Charming Vi torian in Cape May Point is close to beach.

Plenty of open living space, airy bedrooms and well equiped kitchen all helped make this an easy beach vacation. Very close to Sunset beach and the excitement of downtown.

Perfect Stay!

I have been renting houses in CMP for 30 years and The Mayor’s House is as close to perfect as any could be. First, the house is charming, well located, and beautifully maintained. Second, it’s well stocked with kitchen and eating utensils, serving bowls, gas grill, washer/dryer, etc., which makes staying there pretty carefree. The owner is not only available, she reaches out to you to make sure your stay is going well. The house is 1 block from the circle and Red Store and 2 blocks to the beach. Use the Surf Beach, just to the north of St Pete’s. It’s as close to a private beach as you’ll find on the NJ coast one quarter of the people on St Pete’s, but still guarded. Oh, plan to spend time on the generous front porch. It’s one of the nicest spots in the house.

A perfect place for a week at the beach

This is lovely home in an incredibly special spot. We could not have had a better week. We loved being out of the bustle of Cape May and a stone's throw from a tranquil beach -- the location is ideal. The house is spacious, well taken care of, and wonderfully layed out so it's easy to spend time together in the kitchen/living room but also to retreat for a bit of quiet. The owner was helpful and gracious without fail, making the logistics extremely simple and pleasant. We hope to return in the future.

Great comfort, in an amazing location.

We stayed in Annie's house last week with another couple and all our kids. We had a wonderful week. Annie is always available for a phone call and very kind. Her house is spotless and in a great location. Just a minute walk from the beach (wich is amazing by the way). The outside hot water shower won us over also. She even left movies and games for the kids. We very much enjoyed ourselves and would surely return for our next Cape May trip. The only thing we missed, was a backyard table for eating outside and a big pot to cook lobsters. But other than that, everything was perfect. So we really can't complain. Thanks for everything Annie :)

I fell in love with Cape May Point. This old house was in the perfect location. When I first saw this house in Cape May Point, I felt like I was in a Norman Rockwell painting. It was just perfect. I spent the next ten years renovating this fabulous old house and making it the perfect beach house for my two young daughters. This is our favorite spot in the world. This house is so comfortable and so perfect. Please come enjoy it with us. Happy summer!!
