This is a lovely home in a tree-filled neighborhood with multiple access points to the beach a few steps away. Kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are spacious and clean, bedrooms and living areas are comfortable and air-conditioned. We enjoyed the screened front porch - lots of birds and butterflies fluttering around. The host was exceptionally responsive from booking to departure. We had a great 2week stay and definitely recommend for a quieter, laid back vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda’s place in Cape May Point! The home was very accurate to the listing and very comfortably accommodated our family of 6. Linda was very communicative and made check in/check out very clear and easy. The best part was the beach access- the home is less than a block to a beautiful, life guard monitored, not at all crowded beach (which is of course rare in NJ); you can’t beat the location!

Deserves more than five stars!!!First, the house is absolutely beautiful, and the wraparound porch was our favorite place to sit, with coffee in the early mornings, and cocktails and charcuterie in the evenings.The outdoor shower was wonderful, offering a view of the treetops and sky, with plenty of hot water.The house is well-equipped with everything you’d need for a great stay.The host was a terrific communicator, and check in and check out was smooth as glass.This was a true Cape May Point experience to remember, and we will be booking again for 2027!

Lovely Victorian Cottage

This wonderful Victorian cottage has a wrap around porch for long summer evenings. Steps from the beach and a pleasant walk to the Red Store and lighthouse.

Perfect week at The Point

The house is charming and Linda is a great host. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean. The location is perfect; just steps to the beach. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch. We had a lovely, relaxing week and would definitely rent this property again.

Cape May Point

The house was absolutely lovely( except the pillows) We could hear the ocean from the front screened porch. Cape May Point is a hidden gem along with this property.

Beautiful house really close to the ocean

We had an amazing time staying at Song of the Sea. So nice to be able to walk across the street and jump in the ocean and walk right back to the house. The house has everything you need and Linda is an amazing and responsive host. We plan to go again next year, hopefully for two weeks!

So lovely!

This house is even better than advertised. Very clean, with good spacing for up to 5 adults and 2 kids. The two porches were my favorite part and you very close access to beach! Highly recommend.

Song of the Sea is a beautiful house. We were happy to be there to celebrate her 150th birthday this year. We love the location, so close to the beach you can hear the waves. We love Cape May Point .Linda is a great host. The house is as described and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. She is a great communicator as well.This was our fourth year staying here and we hope to be back next year.

Great location for beach

We had a great time at your beach house. It was just a very short walk to the beaches and they were better than we expected. Beautiful and not crowded at all. The neighborhood was very quiet (which we liked) but everything we needed and all the attractions were just a short distance away. Thanks again.

Perfect 👌🏻

We had a wonderful time staying at one of the historic “Five Sisters” home. It was perfect for our family of five. The house is very well kept and you can’t beat the screened in porch. Multiple beach accesses that are just a few steps away. Exactly what we were looking for!

Perfect location!

This was our second stay at Song of the Sea. It’s a beautiful old house with the perfect beach ambiance and lovely screened in front porch. The house was clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Best of all, it is only steps to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The neighborhood is quiet in early June and there’s lots to do in neighboring Cape May.

Fall Shore getaway

The house perfectly met our needs with first floor bedroom for my mother and space to spread out on the porch and easy walk over dunes to beach and sunsets. Linda was great answering questions very promptly.

Quiet post season stay

We had a great week in Cape May Point. The house was spotless. Layout was great for cooking at home. Beach was as close as you can get. We biked everywhere, spent lots of time on the screened in porch, grilled in the backyard. We hope to come back next year!

Cape May Point Gem!!

This historic house is lovely. It was built in 1875 but has been updated with all the modern comforts. The location could not be better, only a few steps from the beach entrance. The host is easy to communicate with and the house has a detailed information book. There is plenty of room inside the house and a backyard, a screen porch, and an upper deck for stargazing. All around a great spot.

Perfect beach house

This was our third stay at Song of the Sea . The house is lovely with old time charm and modern amenities. You can hear the ocean as you relax on the screened in porch. The beach is only steps away and early in the season you may be lucky enough to have it all to yourself. Linda is great with communication and the property is as described. We hope to be back soon!
