Stylish new furniture, flat-screen TV's, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and travertine tiled floors. Built in '07, the home is the bottom unit of a 2-unit duplex and very private. You can paddleboard or kayak right from the neighboring canal or take a short walk to one of the best beaches in Newport, particularly for surfing and spectating. You can also walk or ride a bike to nearby Huntington Beach. Bike and surfboard rental stores are in the neighborhood.

About the owner: James & Diane grew up in and still reside in California. They live in a suburb of L.A. and have raised 4 great kids there. As local Southern Californians they know where to the best place to be is...in Newport Beach. This is their occasional 'weekend house' and they're not using it they are happy to share it with you!

The neighborhood is north of the highly dense peninsula and a little quieter, the beaches are the most beautiful in the city.

As seen on the map it is between the canal on one side and the coast on the other. Pacific Coast Highway provides a quick thoroughfare to the peninsula (South) and to Huntington Beach (North). The 2007 property is in new condition with all new furniture coming in May 2014 (photos show it vacant)
