Villa 'Sóller Villa es Coco' with Views, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Located in Sóller, Illes Balears, this 300 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; on the ground floor, there’s a living room with a sofa bed for 2 more guests. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and includes Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, and a workspace. For families, a crib and high chair are available.



Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with stunning mountain views. There are several outdoor areas: a 50 m² terrace on the first floor and a 300 m² terrace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing with a book or a glass of wine.



Shared on-site parking is available for 3 vehicles. Events are not permitted. Access to the property is via a 500-meter cobblestone path, which may influence your choice of rental car. During your stay, you’ll be accompanied by Rosa, a friendly local donkey.



The villa is close to treasures like Sa Calobra and the Lluc Monastery. Heating in winter uses pellet sacks, available for an extra fee. Wi-Fi speed is 10Mb, suitable for basic tasks.
