Beach access is easy and nearby, down a five-foot wide path on Burl Drive. Yachats is just four miles south and downtown Waldport is only five miles to the north. You can visit galleries, restaurants, and bookstores in town, then come home and relax in front of the cozy wood stove.

When you first arrive, you'll have a paved walkway from the driveway and a steel ramp that leads right to the deck and a wheelchair-accessible door to the master bedroom. This main level also includes maple hardwood floors, and in the spacious living room, a wood-burning fireplace, a 51-inch plasma TV, with cable, a DVD player, and Netflix streaming. You'll also have a beautiful kitchen and dining room, an outdoor deck with ocean views, as well as a fully-accessible bathroom in the master suite with an ADA-recommended design.

The upper level of this Waldport getaway includes the second bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with two twin-size platform beds that work well for children over five. Upstairs you'll also have a second living room, including a queen-size sofabed. Up to eight guests (six adults) can stay comfortably at this vacation home.

Other amenities include WiFi, a washer and dryer, a DVD library, partial A/C, board games, and a gas grill out on the deck. There's everything you'll need for a memorable trip to the Oregon Coast and you'll be perfectly-located for day trips to the nearby communities of Newport, Seal Rock, and Yachats.

Ideal for a family getaway with grandparents and extended-family, or even a group of friends traveling together, this Waldport vacation home welcomes up to two dogs, though please be aware a small pet fee applies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
