Also, being on the South-side of the building provides you with plenty of sunshine and warmth for some well deserved relaxation.The community heated swimming pool is spacious with plenty of chaise lounge chairs to relax poolside. Other amenities include tennis courts, Marina, Exercise room and we are located within a gated community.

The Master Suite has comfort in mind, includes King size bed, and flat screen TV.Guest bedroom has twin beds. An additional twin rollaway bed has been added to this unit as the sofa is NOT a sleep sofa bed. A spacious and fully updated kitchen, with granite counter tops, full size stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice-maker, built in microwave, counter-bar with barstools, and is fully equipped to prepare your meals if you choose to dine in.In the living room area you have fantastic views of the beach and Island. We also feature a flat screen television and dvd player. Complimentary WiFi Internet has been added to this condo, allowing you the ability to stay connected.

A brief walk to Tigertail Beach, at the Beach Cafe and you can make arrangements for jet skiing, para-sailing, Stand-Up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Electric Seaquirts, Water Trikes, Electric Boats, Paddleboats, Beach Cabanas, Beach Chairs, Water Sports, Stand-Up Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Skim Boarding, Surfing, Kite Boarding. Your stroll on the beach might include finding a sand dollar, horseshoe crab, see the dolphin playing, and loads of shelling.

If your sport is golf there are championship public golf courses within 10 miles. A variety of beach shops, fine and casual dining, racquet ball courts, day spas and fitness centers are located on Marco Island.
