About this property

This beautifully decorated condo, features stunning views from the 12th floor of the 'AQUA' blue gulf waters from the private balcony. The condo can accommodate 6 guests and is conveniently located to shopping, resturants and tourist attractions such as Pier Park, Gulf World, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, and Panhandle Helicopter rides. So many things to do within a short walking distance.

The gulf front master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors leading to balcony, to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while viewing spectacular sunsets! Master also has a big walk in closet and spacious master bath that includes walk in shower, garden tub and double sinks.

There is a queen sleeper sofa and extra bunk room that will sleep 2 more .
Hall bath has walk in shower , toilet and single sink.

Kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked with everything (dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware) that you will need for a comfortable stay.
Dining area seats 4 with 2 extra seats at breakfast bar.

Beautiful beach front condo

Ive stayed in quite a few condos at PCB. This was by far the nicest one. Hoping Kelly will have us back in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Two

This beach condo was perfect for our winter getaway. Beautiful views of the crystal clear turquoise gulf water and sunsets over the pier. Great for walks on the beach or to nearby Pier Park with plenty of shops and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kelly was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We had a couple issues with the appliances which she quickly addressed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Aqua was very nice. The unit was very inviting and comfortable after long days at the beach! Elevators were efficient. Perfect accommodations for our family of 4. We will definitely go back!!

My family and I enjoyed our beach vacation! The host was accommodating and provided her cell phone number in case we had any questions or concerns. The condo was neat and clean. Perfect vacation!!

We had an absolutely awesome week long stay! Kelly is an unbelievably great host and did everything possible to make our trip as easy and comfortable as it could be. The condo is beautiful and recently updated with everything you could ask for along with a breathtaking view. The property is a perfect location with easy walking access to Pier Park. We will be back as soon as we possibly can!
