About this property

Truly in the Heart of Seaside with Private Beach, sleeps 4 maximum

Location is Primo!

Our building overlooks the shops in the Ruskin Place district of Seaside, and during the day, you can sit and watch folks walking by, shopping and enjoying Seaside’s unique stores.

When you enter the Picasso Moon, you will find a very industrial style building which was fashioned after the SoHo district in New York City. If you are looking for elegance or a fancy Watercolor style type home, this is not what you will find: instead, you will find a loft style building with an artistic flair concrete walls, concrete floors and a unique style of fun.

We have a large and great rooftop where you can see Seaside from 360 degrees. The Gulf, The park, The houses to the East, and to the West
……….. you can experience sunrise and sunset.
Once you have arrived in Seaside, you truly DO NOT have to get in your car again unless you want to leave our lovely town.....
• walk to get coffee in the morning at several coffee spots #ARMEVIDA
• walk to breakfast.. #GREAT SOUTHERN CAFE
• walk to the beach, pool, tennis,

IMPORTANT:
1. owner will charge for extra people over the 4 limit
2. If you wish the use of pool and fitness that is an extra $50/day fee for 4 passes.. I only charge if you wish to use..you will need to go online and reserve....
3. Parking... We do not have designated parking, however, you can purchase a parking pass for a ONE TIME fee of $20, which will guarantee you parking...

WE are NOT pet friendly please don't ask, the answer will always be no....there are so many people with allergies that we do not allow those guests to be uncomfortable. Smoking is also NOT allowed, unless you smoke on the roof

Seaside Getaway

Host and property were amazing! Wonderful location in the middle of everything. Rooftop deck is a great place to watch the sunset. We had a blast just sitting on the balcony.

Perfect Location

Perfect place for our weekend stay. So easy to walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants, and Watercolor for a wedding we were attending. Made getting around easy with our 2 and a half year old granddaughter. The large porch is such a plus! We will definitely stay again!

The renter was super easy to communicate with and always very responsive! The apartment was the perfect location, very clean, and family friendly. We definitely hope to stay again! The balcony is absolutely gorgeous with the most amazing swing bed!!! It was a fabulous place to rent!!!

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at this incredibly convenient property! Everything was as listed and the location could not be beat! The children loved the bunk bed room and they even had toys for our kids which was so nice! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Location!

We have recently returned from a wonderful spring break visit to the Picasso Moon. It was everything we hoped for. The location is what really makes this condo special -- right in the heart of the Seaside! We loved sitting on the wonderful appointed balcony and people watching as people strolled below. It was an easy, quick stroll to the beach, shops, and dining.

Great Location and Patio

We had family in town for Christmas and decided to head to the beach for a couple days. Although the weather was terrrrrible (it rained the entire time), the Picasso Moon was our saving grace. The covered patio overlooking the shops was just perfect for staying in. We were also so close to the shops and restaurants that we were still able to explore Seaside without getting too soaked. Hoping to come back this Summer for our babymoon : )

Great location and property!

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo on a last minute trip to Seaside. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive and took care of everything we asked. A battery in the remote controlling the ceiling fan was low and she had it replaced within an hour. Wonderful location! Super close to the beach, restaurants and shops - all within very easy walking distance! Enjoyed our time in the condo and Seaside!

We have 3 small children and this place was perfect. The covered front porch was wonderful for the kids. They could enjoy the sights and sounds of Seaside, without me worrying about their safety. We will be back. Oh.... the owners live above this unit, and were extremely helpful and nice.

Perfect Family Getaway

This place was perfect for a getaway with my husband and our 1 year old son! The location made it easy to walk everywhere, the patio was wonderful for lounging after my baby's early bed time and the layout was great. The apartment is over a busy pedestrian street but you cant hear a peep inside! The second bed room was perfect for my son, dark and quiet. The kitchen had everything we would have needed but cook but since we were a short walk to the market and restaurants we never did! Bert was helpful and communicative our entire stay. High recommend this property!

Location was absolutely fabulous. Clean and nice interior. Disappointed that could not put AC below 70 on thermostat and we were hot at night. It did not feel like 70. Ceiling fans supposedly worked by remote but we couldn’t figure out. I would for sure stay again but would take a fan or two. Loved the porch. Easy access to shops and restaurants.

Great stay

The location of this until right off the circle is wonderful. Easy to get to everything without getting back in the car once you arrive. The bunk bedroom is small, but the living area, with covered balcony, gives plenty of space for everyone to hang out. There is no designated parking space, which can be a pain if you need to park when there’s a flood of visitors to seaside taking all unassigned Parking, but we didn’t have an issue. Owner was very easy to deal with and we had a tiny issue with a window that they offered to fix immediately if needed. Have rented this space before and would again!

WE try to keep the rates reasonable enough to balance between paying for our dream and allowing others to enjoy . Seaside is a special place that once you arrive, you will want to come back time and time again.

What makes this property unique

You walk out the front door to shops and resturants and right now, I am hearing the Chapel chime at noon. You hear the bells and the noises of this fabulous community, almost like you are living and enjoying a small European city by the sea.
