Our building overlooks the shops in the Ruskin Place district of Seaside, and during the day, you can sit and watch folks walking by, shopping and enjoying Seaside’s unique stores.
When you enter the Picasso Moon, you will find a very industrial style building which was fashioned after the SoHo district in New York City. If you are looking for elegance or a fancy Watercolor style type home, this is not what you will find: instead, you will find a loft style building with an artistic flair concrete walls, concrete floors and a unique style of fun.
We have a large and great rooftop where you can see Seaside from 360 degrees. The Gulf, The park, The houses to the East, and to the West
……….. you can experience sunrise and sunset.
Once you have arrived in Seaside, you truly DO NOT have to get in your car again unless you want to leave our lovely town.....

also, if you wish the use of pool and fitness that is an extra $30/day fee.. I only charge if you wish to use..
WE are NOT pet friendly please don't ask, the answer will always be no....there are so many people with allergies that we do not allow those guests to be uncomfortable. Smoking is also NOT allowed, unless you smoke on the roof

Jim and Bert live in Seaside...and they live above the Picasso Moon and Sun. Bert is a Realtor with Scenic Sotheby's , > You can feel confident and always google Bert by using her name to contact her. and has been since 1985, first in Tennessee and since 1998 in Florida. They love it in Seaside and are happy and excited to share their special place with others.

WE try to keep the rates reasonable enough to balance between paying for our dream and allowing others to enjoy . Seaside is a special place that once you arrive, you will want to come back time and time again.
What makes this Townhome unique
You walk out the front door to shops and resturants and right now, I am hearing the Chapel chime at noon. You hear the bells and the noises of this fabulous community, almost like you are living and enjoying a small European city by the sea.

Very clean and very close to all there is in this community - easy walk.
Definitely would return to this place and the owners are great and easy to work with. Perfect size and had everything we needed, including several beach items the kids could use. 1 block walk to the market - 2 blocks to the beach front - multiple beach access points made it easy to see sunsets as well.

This unit is not fancy. Instead it is a very industrial unit that has all the things that make it a perfect vacation getaway. The front porch was super, with the handing bed. And you walk out the front or back door to all that is happening in Seaside. WE will stay here again...
Great location, but not the cleanest. I put the basket of silverware on the counter and it left so much dust, I had to dust the whole kitchen to feel clean. It needs updating.
Danielle... I am glad that you enjoyed our location... which allows you to walk out the door and be within seconds at the restaurants, shops and ice cream store.... Hmmm... I think that the silverware is in a rattan basket which does "shed" when you put the silverware in it..........but that is not dirty. And this unit is a New York Soho type industrial building....it is not a fancy smancy Watercolor or Rosemary Beach style property.... I do make that clear in my description. My unit has concrete floors... concrete ceilings and industrial type finishes...this is how it is designed....
Enjoyed location and unit
We have 3 small children and this place was perfect. The covered front porch was wonderful for the kids. They could enjoy the sights and sounds of Seaside, without me worrying about their safety. We will be back. Oh.... the owners live above this unit, and were extremely helpful and nice.

Once you arrive, you really do not have to drive anywhere, there are restaurants, boutiques, ice cream stores and a wonderful little deli/market all within walking distance.. not to mention the Gulf of Mexico

Owner has the right to limit guests...........rates are a tad bit higher for holidays...4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year ...... cancellation policy is if cancelled 30 days prior, guest get all their money back with the exception of $50 administrative fee.
