Make your next family trip to Central Oregon unforgettable when you make this spacious three bedroom, two and a half bath Bend vacation rental in the premiere River Wild development at Mt. Bachelor Village your home-away- from- home.
With room for eight, all the desired amenities, and ideally located between Mt. Bachelor, downtown Bend, and the Old Mill District, you'll want to make this Central Oregon vacation rental an on-going tradition.
A multitude of windows and skylights pair with high ceilings to take full advantage of the average 300 days of sunshine Bend receives each year, warming the home with an abundance of natural light. Step into the living room where a comfy sectional sofa and chairs set beside the gas fireplace invite you to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home. Don't forget to pack some DVDs! For nights in, this will be a go-to spot for popcorn and movie nights on the flat screen cable TV, complete with a DVD player.
Step up into the kitchen where beautiful light hardwoods, a stunning kitchen island with a five-burner gas range, and stainless steel appliances will surely make this a popular space to gather. Its open layout makes it easy to chat with the cooks as they're prepping dinner and the dishwasher will make clean-up less of a hassle. Serve up your meals family style at the dining table set for six, keep it casual by sitting at the breakfast barstools, or dine al fresco on the gorgeous wrap-around deck while taking in views of the forest. In addition to outdoor furniture, you'll also find a gas grill ready for the mid-day, post hike BBQ.
When it's time to dream, three bedrooms offer peaceful and comfortable spaces for up to nine guests. On the main floor, the master bedroom holds the key to a deep relaxation. With a luscious king-sized bed with high thread count sheets, and en-suite bath, cable TV, and private access to the sunny patio, you'll awake feeling refreshed and ready to start a day of adventure. Head upstairs and you'll find two bedrooms, each with their own cable TV, one holding a plush queen bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunk and a trundle bed, making for the perfect kids' room. Another full bathroom up here is shared by the two rooms, while an additional half bath resides back on the main level.
Along with comfort, the River Wild home is full of convenience: Check your email at leisure with the WiFi available throughout; Bring some CDs and your iPod to set the mood with the stereo, iPod doc, and CD player provided; Central air conditioning will keep you cool in those hot summer months, while an in-house washer and dryer will help you keep up with adventure-soaked clothes year 'round.
Talk about location! When you book the River Wild, you'll be just three miles to downtown Bend's restaurants, breweries, museums and galleries; two miles to great shopping at the Old Mill District; one mile to rafting on the Deschutes River; and 20 miles to epic powder days at Mt. Bachelor - you'll even have access to a shuttle bus so you can leave the car at home. The Deschutes River Trail is right out your back door, which leads to 20 miles of trailhead for biking, hiking, and strolling. As a perk of being part of the Mt. Bachelor Village, you'll also have access to shared tennis courts, a community pool, hot tub, and playground for the kids.
Each of Bend's distinct seasons comes with its own set of adventures for explorers of any age. No matter what time of year you visit, make the River Wild your home base and see what treasures the sunny town of Bend holds for you and your family!
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We had a great weekend stay at this property. This house is well equipped, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It's also close to lots of breweries, restaurants, and cafes. We want to come back after the snow falls to get in some skiing. Thank you for sharing such a lovely home.
The house was clean and the management company does a good job communicating how everything works. It was a good deal for the price and good area
There was no propane for BBQ but they brought some the next day.
Parking is only available for two cars in the garage with no street parking
Whomever built the garage did a poor job as cars will bottom out entering and leaving it.
This is a steal at the price! This place was amazingly clean and what a location!! Parking can be a bit interesting if you have a puck-up or a Suburban type vehicle and the garage barely fit my truck. But it all worked out just fine! The surrounding area of this place is amazing! There's trailheads to the Deschutes river right on the property! This place really was perfect and all it was advertised and more!
Lovely house! Great furnishings and very tastefully decorated. Great central location to Bend and to the mountains. Couldn't have been happier with this property.
