The condo was nicely furnished and had everything needed for a lovely stay. Everything was clean, updated and well maintained in the unit. Of course the views were the highlight as it is the perfect location and near everything. We will certain be returning and staying in this same unit.

Great location. Loved hiking down to the river. Bedrooms and living room were nicely decorated. Kitchen, while being a little tight for 2 people, had everything we needed. Nice to have a washer/dryer too. Wonderful touch with the bottle of wine and chocolates. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We had a great stay! You can’t beat the location on the river, the condo worked great for our party of six. We enjoyed the deck with the river noise in the background and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.Stacy, the host, was super responsive and answered any question right away. Check-in was easy and straightforward!

The property itself is very nice, it fully met our needs - the rooms are great, the interior was clean and it has beautiful views over the Deschutes River. Easy access to a pool and walking trails. And good access to nearby neighborhoods, restaurants and downtown Bend. However, some aspects of the exterior need attention. The back porch has some boards that are loose and the cleanliness of the front entrance and main balcony need some work. Also, the chairs on the upstairs balcony need replaced.

Amazing view!

Loved the Eastern facing view! The place was quiet, modern, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the proximity to Old Mill where we were participating in an event. Definitely would book here again.

A lovely place to stay. So great to have 3 bedrooms with private baths for the 3 of us. Also great is the pool and hot tubs! Nice view.

Well appointed on every level! Good linens, and spacious bathrooms, and the kitchen had all we needed. Location perfect for boarders/skiers and we will recommend it to our friends!

Beautiful views - love all the windows.

Close to trails , easy to get in a little morning walk and later get some real exercise on the trails. Wish we could use the hot on the balcony, but clearly states it is not available in the listing so we were not surprised. Very nice accommodations.

Family Getaway

Our family meets in Bend every year for 4 nights. This condo was a great find. You are up in a bluff overlooking the river. The accommodations were wonderful, wonderfully decorated and it is so close to Bend and all activities.

Perfect location

It was a great location for our stay in Bend. Beautiful view of river. We had a chance to use the pool which was nice as well. Some of the floor boards need replacing on the lower deck.

Great Location

The condo was in a great location, had nice amenities and beautiful views of the Deschutes river. We had a few minor issues that needed taken care of during our stay, but Helen took care of them immediately and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorge View Delight

A group of us needed a place to stay in Bend for a wedding event. We wanted three bedrooms with private baths and a good location. The condo was perfect. I loved listening to the river flowing at night with the door open and even though it was over 100 degrees during the day, the nights were cool. There are a lot of stairs to consider as the property entrance is up two flights and the master bedroom is another flight up from the inside. We had a couple of minor issues but the contact always answered and we were able to solve the problems. We enjoyed using the outside deck and were able to see fireworks on the 4th from the deck. The condo was fully equipped in the kitchen and plenty of towels and even pool towels were available. Definitely would go back.

3 couples and a wedding

We came to Bend for our niece's wedding at Smith Rock State Park. We stayed for 4 nights and we were so happy to have booked this great condo. There are 3 large bedrooms each with it's own full bath which was key for our group. The views from the balconies are amazing-we saw deer and other wildlife every day. We also enjoyed the sound of rushing water from the river 24/7-so relaxing! The condo itself was clean and had many amenities in each room/bathroom. It was decorated well and the beds were comfortable. There is a community pool and hot tub which we used twice-well maintained and clean. There is covered parking and was always enough extra parking for both cars. It was a quiet setting with walking trails that took you to the river area from the parking lot. The host even sent us treats to enjoy during our stay and there was also a bottle of wine upon arrival which was a thoughtful touch. I had a couple of questions while there and the host was prompt in responding to me. We enjoyed out stay 10/10!!

Awesome experience!

The Condo was awesome! Where do I begin?…… clean, decorated beautifully, well stocked with anything you may need, comfortable beds, roomy, and a spectacular view! There were great walking trails and the location is minutes from shops, restaurants and activities. We are from Alabama and this was our first trip to Oregon. If you are planning a trip to Bend and are looking for a great place to stay we highly recommend this lovely place!
