Frente a la playa Dauphin Island - Gran condominio para 6 personas Dauphin Surf Club

Nuestro condominio tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de su estadía en Dauphin Island. Esperamos que usted y su familia amen nuestra isla tanto como nosotros. Somos dueños de otra unidad de al lado y generalmente estamos allí todos los fines de semana. Si no, nuestra casa está a solo 10 minutos en caso de que tenga algún problema.

NUESTRO ALQUILER ES DE ALQUILER DE SÁBADO A SÁBADO SOLO DURANTE EL VERANO. SOLO PODEMOS ALOJAR A 6 PERSONAS, INCLUIDOS LOS NIÑOS.
Características de la unidad:
2 habitaciones con camas queen
1 Extraiga el nido en un área separada que se extienda hacia un rey
La cocina está completamente equipada con todas las ollas, sartenes y utensilios.
Ropa de cama en camas y toallas: sin embargo, deberá traer sus propias toallas de playa.
Tengo nuevas lavadoras y secadoras de carga frontal. (Asegúrate de sacudir la arena antes de tirarlos).
Vistas del agua desde el patio y la terraza de la piscina. Vistas limitadas desde el condominio.
Dauphin Island tiene un ferry que pasa cada hora y media. Puedes ir a Ft. Morgan, almuerza en Tacky Jacks y luego dirígete al centro comercial Tanger Outlet o para ver las otras playas en Gulf Shores o Orange Beach. Simplemente no llegues tarde al regreso del ferry, es un largo viaje :(
No esperes que tus teléfonos celulares funcionen tan bien una vez que estés en Dauphin Surf Club. Si lo usa antes de pasar por nuestra puerta, está bien, después de eso tendrá paz y tranquilidad. Tenemos wifi. Si ha habido una tormenta la semana anterior, puede esperar problemas con ella. No puedo arreglar el Wi-Fi Es algo que una vez que son notificados, un técnico tiene que venir a arreglarlo. Le digo esto porque otros inquilinos se han quejado a otros propietarios y quiero informarle por adelantado.
Su familia amará a nuestra pequeña isla. Es seguro, está aislado y es muy querido por nuestros corazones.

This was the perfect place for a low key family vacation with 4 kids. The set up was great for us. The kids loved the pool and it was so accessible to the unit. It is also so close to all of the islands amenities.

Great Condo for the price

The property is as described. Older condo with plenty of supplies for my family. Very clean. Would recommend for anyone on a budget. This is our second trip to the island and we enjoy the quiet atmosphere to the busyness of Gulf shores.

Nice Condo with a great private beach

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The hosts provided all the conveniences and the location was perfect. The beach front has been extended over the past year and is gorgeous! We rented bikes and had them delivered to our doorstep, shopped at Skinners for seafood, road The Duke and walked for miles down the beach. It was a perfect week

Perfect location

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The beach is steps away, beautiful and very few people on it. We have been going to this condo group for 10 years. Always quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Beach front getaway!

Beautiful location close to the beach

Condo was comfy and spacious for the 6 of us. Could use a broom to sweep up the sand when we come back from the beach. We could’ve used more dishwasher tabs. We only got 3 for a 7 day stay so we washed dishes most days. Most light bulbs were burnt out and no outside lighting for grilling in the evening

Wonderful week of relaxing

We had a great week! It was nice to have space for my family to spread out in the condo and for all of us to have our own space. Some things that could use attention/upgrade: the couch and the availability of kitchen supplies. We made breakfast every morning and the sheet pans were a little rusty and dirty from being in the bottom drawer of the stove, but I realize if they haven't been used in some time that happens. It was no big deal to wash before using. Some better spatulas would help as we we made pancakes and scrambled eggs more than once. The couch has a spring sticking out and is sagging quite a bit. Overall though we were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely visit again! The island was quiet and very family friendly. We had wonderful service at every restaurant.

Best vacation

It was so amazing. The atmosphere is incredible. It’s quiet and a perfect place to get away from busy life. The condo had everything we needed, they even provided sand toys which my kids loved to play with. The condo was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back.

Great Budget Stay

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homey this property was. There were a few things in the cleanliness department that could've been better, but over all my group had a lovely experience staying here. There was plenty of space, felt very safe, and was super close to the beach. It was also very convenient that there was an outdoor shower and pool on property. Rhonda provides beach chairs and beach toys as well which made it super nice to not have to travel with them. I will say that the AC may work a little too well and there aren't many extra blankets, but we brought our own so it wasn't really an issue. If I were to travel to Dauphin Island again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Brain break

This was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet relaxing break from very busy lives. The weather was not the best but still warm enough for daily walks on the beach and restful times of sitting in the sun and shade.

Feels Secluded

A couple of things that I didn't fully understand before arriving: 1. Condo is on 2nd Floor so must do stairs 2. It stated balcony area but doesn't have one 3. In the pic showing all the condos in a row it is the farthest back from the water on the right. 3. I think the condo use to have a balcony or outdoor patio area which you could get through via sliding doors from the front room or sliding doors from the main bedroom. When it was remodeled and enclosed the front room doors were left off and the door from the main bedroom were exchanged for folding closet doors. So, if you have 6 people staying then 2 people are going to be sleeping 6 feet from the main bedroom people with only closet sliding doors between (could be awkward for some visitors). The only downside for me was my 4-year-old granddaughter would come push the folding doors wide open while I was changing. It is an older condo but it is clean and spacious. We had a hard time trying to get the bathtub to fill up because it has a weird little rubber flap that kept leaking and although it is clean it has some bad spots in the tub and there are some loose tiles in front of the sink that the owner might not be aware of. Also there is a spring in the couch which is poking up (we put a folded washcloth on it) I forgot to let the owner know, but overall loved the comfy couch to watch movies from. Loved the beach-it is not very wide so you don't have to walk across 350 yds of sand to get to the water

We own two condos at Dauphin Surf Club. We raised our children here and still come here almost every weekend in the summer. We hope you and your family enjoys Dauphin Island as much as our family has for years.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It is secluded, safe for children and easy for us to get to and from on a Friday afternoon. The traffic to Florida or the Alabama beaches in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores could take us 2 or more hours on a Friday or Sunday. That is more time we could spend on a beach:)

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can usually see dolphins swimming between 8a-10a in the morning and 3p-5p each night from our beach. Better viewing when the water is calm.
