2 bedroom 2 bath - Beautiful beach front adult getaway features so many lovely amenities. This 2nd story condo overlooks the Atlantic ocean with easy access to the gorgeous sandy beach that's only footsteps away from your front door. Best view in the complex. Also within very close proximity, you'll have access to the inground pool, BBQ grills, and playground. Enjoy the peace and serenity that North Topsail Beach offers. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises year round! If fishing is your thing, take a nice walk to the pier and tackle shop. Just close your eyes as you listen the sounds of the waves crashing in with balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and a closet. Located just minutes from Surf City and Sneads Ferry. Topsail Dunes Villas are within 10 minute drive to dining, grocery,& beach shops. 30 minute drive to Wilmington and Jacksonville (Home of Camp Lejeune).


POLICIES/ RULES: You agree to the following when you book....
-Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased through your personal insurance agent or online.
-Primary adult must be at least 25 years of age. We can only host children aged 12 and up. Not child proofed.
-Include ALL guests names and ages when booking
-No smoking inside or or on balconies.
- Visitors & unregistered guests are not permitted on property & will result in immediate eviction without refund.
-On-site private property manager assists with our reservations. She may introduce herself upon arrival and ensure all is okay with the reservation. Don't hesitate to reach out.
-No sleeping on couch as this causes extensive wear and tear. No wet swimsuits or towels on furniture.
-No animals. Allergen free property and against HOA rules.
-Starter paper products provided. You'll need to supply your own paper products, toiletries, and detergents for the duration of your stay.
-Provided everything is rinsed, dried, & put back where you found it before departure, you are welcome to use our beach gear in the 2nd bedroom closet throughout your stay.
-All bedding and bath towels are provided and must stay in the condo. Don't forget to bring your beach towels & sunscreen.
-Shake out sandy clothing, shoes, & towels before briging in, especially before putting in washer/dryer.
-Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked. If enjoying the ocean breeze, please use the screens to avoid pest issues and follow instructions for HVAC system.
-In the event of rule violations or disturbances to others, we reserve the right to immediately evict without refund.
-Prior to check in, you will be sent instructions and all contact information for owners and mgr.
-Free parking is provided for 2 vehicles. 2 parking tags & 4 pool bands are provided located in kitchen. Please use them throughout your stay to access facilities & to avoid towing. Return to hook when checking out.
Replacement Fee: Parking Tag $100/ea Bands $50/ ea
-To be refunded full security deposit: Ensure rules are followed throughout your stay, clean up behind yourself/ your group, ensure nothing is removed from the home or damaged, & follow all checkout and cleaning instructions posted. Deposits are refunded within a week after checkout.

Just gets better!!

Stayed here again this year after loving it so much last year! There was new furniture to greet us when we walked in and was just that much more lovely. The owners are so personable and check in to make sure things are going well and that you have arrived safely and are doing well. Already looking forward to next year and truly hoping we’re past current events so we can use the pool. That was the only bummer this year which is no one’s fault!

My family just completed an amazing 2 week stay at this fabulous place! The owners could not have been more pleasant and made the experience simple and personal! Pictures and description are a perfect representation of the condo and you will not be disappointed. The unit is 2nd floor which affords you amazing ocean views from both the living room and the master bedroom (literally you wake up looking at the ocean with your head still on the pillow!) with a peacefulness we all dream of. This particular unit is in the absolute perfect location in the complex that is steps away from both the beach and the pool. We'd start at the pool, leave our stuff and head to the ocean for a quick dip and some sand castle building, then back to the pool. No need to lug a bunch of stuff since you are so close! Also, there are beach goodies provided in the condo, so you're all set to hit the beach the second you arrive. The condo is nicely appointed with everything you need during your stay and has a nice starting supply of things until you can make a quick run to the store. The owners really have thought of all the little things that make all the difference in your vacation experience. You'll see other units that are still working to repair damages from the 2018 storms which only highlights how hard the owners have worked to get their condo back into the perfect vacation place! While the owners are offsite, there is an onsite property manager who is every bit as delightful and was a huge help for a couple of things when I reached out to her. If you are looking for your next vacation spot in North Topsail Beach - look no further! Save yourself hours of searching and book this one now - you will be so glad you did!

This was a 3 night getaway for my daughter and myself and we couldn’t have had a better experience! This unit is right on the ocean, with a private balcony and easy access to both the pool and the beach. It is well stocked with everything we could have needed and the owners are fantastic to work with! The condo itself is in a great area of Topsail with restaurants and shops within a gorgeous 10-20 minute drive depending on what you’re looking for. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were so excited to be staying again at Topsail Dunes. This condo was very close to both the beach entrance and the pool. It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Wow! What a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. The condo has a perfect view of the ocean. The condo has been updated and is clean. Close beach access with a shower to rinse off the sand before coming back in. Phillip was good to communicate and see if everything was good. A nice bonus is that beach chairs are provided.

We loved the area. Not comercialized . Very quiet. Beautiful views of ocean from balcony. Not far to drive for restaurants and groceries. Beautiful pool just a short walk away. Great for walks on the beach and sun bathing. The condo was not completely renovated. Living room and kitchen were very nice. Needs some new pots and pans. Main bedroom on water side very nice. Bathroom needed a few small repairs. Second bedroom very dark. Light from outside shone in at night. Had to put towel over window at night. No fan in main bathroom. Nice washer and dryer. Overall for the price very nice. We would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation!

Not only is Topsail the perfect vacation spot for our family, but this condo is, as well. Immaculately clean and cared for makes it a wonderful home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy! The condo is aesthetically pleasing, simple and relaxing, and the view is truly amazing! It is like being on a ship! Even in the complex, this is a great spot because of the fabulous breezeway and easy access to the beach and pool. Sunrise on the beach and sunset over the sound are both viewed from this lovely unit. We spent an hour on our 4th day watching a large group of dolphins to the children's - and adults- delight! This year was our second time staying and we left with plans to definitely come back. The owner is especially accommodating and the property manager is super. I wanted to write this review because of how much they contributed to a beautiful family vacation - otherwise, I would want to keep this place a secret! The beach is never too crowded and you can spend the day away from it all or take a very short drive, if you need shops,restaurants, etc. It really is perfect in every way. Thank you, Philip! You make it possible for us to give our daughter memories to cherish! We don't ever want to stay anywhere else.

We stayed over the 4th of July and that being said I figured it would be busy. They told me it was a quite area and it really was. No traffic in and out at all. Kids had a great time. We found around 20 shark teeth on the beach. Perfect weather the whole time. Would defiantly refer someone to stay here again. We will again in the next couple of years.

Great Condo at Topsail Dunes

This is our 2nd year at Topsail Dunes and we had another wonderful time. The complex offers many amenities including: a large ocean front pool, tennis courts, outdoor grills and plenty of parking. The condo itself is clean, comfortable and up to date. The view from the balcony is excellent. The owner Phillip is extremely easy work with, very accommodating and truly wants your family to have a great vacation. I would recommend this condo to anyone and we will definitely be back for another great vacation!

Another great week at Topsail

This was our ninth year coming here, and our eighth at the Topsail Dunes condos. Needless to say we love it here. This year we upgraded to a 2 bedroom, and it was well worth it. The owner (phillip), was great, very easy to get in contact with and helpful in everyway. This was the first time using VRBO, so some aspects on the web site were a little confusing, but all in all, so much better than dealing with a realty company. We will definately be back, and highly recommend it. Thanks Phillip!

Overall Wonderful Week

My husband and I, along with my daughter's family, recently returned from a week at Topsail Dunes in N. Topsail Beach. It was our first trip to the Topsail Island and the northern end is very quiet. There is a pier nearby, but all your shopping is a short drive across the bridge in Snead's Ferry. I can't say enough about the view from the condo. It is gorgeous and the proximity to the ocean from this unit is great! We literally walked down 1 flight of stairs and it was there. You even have a wide area at the front door to drop you beach gear or just sit and read. The facility, while older, is clean and well maintained. There are tennis courts out front, as well as a grill area. The wide beaches are so nice for putting up an umbrella and not feel like the tide is going to come in to your feet. Nor do you feel like someone is on top of you. It was important that we have a pool, but in the end, we stayed at the ocean for the duration. However, the pool is very close to the unit, and from what we saw, was never packed with people. Just a short drive to the end of the island is a beautiful spot to watch the inlet meet the ocean. It's not for swimming, but a serene walk along the beach. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated. The bed in the master is very comfortable, and although the master bathroom is small, it works. I would suggest bringing bath towels. Some are provided, but I decided to pack my own and glad I did. The unit was clean and the updates made it feel fresh and inviting. The owner is nice and very responsive and even apologized for the weather the day we checked in. As it turned out, the entire week was perfect, with the exception of the last night when a storm passed through. The property manager is also very nice and helpful when we needed her. I would definitely recommend this unit and would be happy to rent it again.
