Beautiful Victorian guest cottage on 4 park like acres with gardens and a stone European style family Chapel. The cottage has wrap around porches with rockers overlooking a lovely perennial garden- a perfect place to have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine! The guest cottage has 2 queen beds and 2 king beds. It also has a washer & Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, wireless, and cable TV. There is a heated salt water pool with floats and pool towels.
8 person maximum occupancy.
No more than 3 cars, please.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

LOVED! We had the best time and the property is absolutely gorgeous. Coffee on the porch every morning was wonderful, relaxing pool. The hosts were wonderful. Super cute town as well. We are booking for next year as well.

Lovely. Our entire stay felt like we were staying at a good friend’s home. The place was comfortable and cozy with all the little touches that make a place feel like a home. The kitchen was very well stocked which is always an added bonus.Our kids (preschool & elementary ages) loved the pool and the yard and are asking to return. I personally loved sitting on the porch with my coffee in the morning looking at the garden and listening to the birds. It was so peaceful. The hosts, Linda & Wes, were warm and friendly. It was such a pleasure to meet them.

This home was perfect for our family celebration. The hosts were great - very helpful even offering fresh produce from their garden and extra serving bowls from their home. The setting is beautiful - gives you the real rural Tennessee feeling down to the white rocking chairs on the wrap around porch. We loved the peace and tranquility of the grounds. The pool is resort level - a real oasis. The location was great - very easy to get to downtown Nashville and close to the ever popular quaint town of Franklin. Lots of grocery options nearby. Some folks might not like being so close to the main house but it was not at all a problem for us as the hosts gave us as much privacy as we wanted. It felt like staying in a family guest house. I highly recommend this property and I am confident we will return.

What an incredible place to stay! It was nice and cozy, and perfect for all of us staying. Our littles enjoyed the place, and the hosts were incredibly kind. We were sad to leave, but will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely and relaxing property away from the hustle and crowds of Nashville, but close enough to get to downtown within 30 minutes. The hosts are wonderful and always available to answer questions. Everything is well-stocked and as advertised. The pool is a great bonus. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Perfect Place to Stay with Besties

We're middle-aged, wanted our own pool, and to be close enough to enjoy Nashville but not be bothered by crowds. Quiet peaceful property. Great communication with owner. She is spot on for recommendations for anything from grocery, to butchershop, to where to park in Nashville. Great place to stay!

My husband and I built our victorian home and guest cottage in 1991. We believe houses should have lots of porches for long dinners and conversations with friends, neighbors and loved ones! We love people and really enjoy meeting the guests that come. We love to travel and are often in Italy or on some beach somewhere!

This property is perfect because it is central to so much in the Nashville area but away enough for some peace at the end of along day touring.
