About the property

2 Bed/2 Bath + Fun Train Car Style Bunks!

Our cabin is very clean and extremely well appointed. We have all brand new kitchen appliances and media equipment for your enjoyment.

Outside, you'll find what is probably the only grass yard in Glacier paired with a large outdoor fire pit! Perfect for those days when the weather is nice or in the evening for star gazing. Inside you'll discover an extremely comfy living/dining area that includes a gas fireplace, a Blu-Ray/DVD home theater system, Apple TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath, and one-half bath. We also have two very fun train car style bunks in the upstairs loft where you can sleep two more! These bunks are always a huge hit with kids. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 6 people (we strictly enforce this maximum occupancy).

If you're looking for the perfect mountain get-away, you've found it! You're only moments away from great fishing, hiking, Bald Eagle viewing as well as other wildlife, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, white water rafting, snowboarding, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, mountain biking, climbing, and more!

About Chris Edwards

We've been coming to the Mt. Baker ski area for years and always dreamed of having our own place to stay in Glacier instead of having to drive all the way home to Seattle. We love the environment and slower pace of life found in Glacier. We were finally able to purchase this great cabin in 2014 and we love the idea of being able to share our amazing cabin with others.

Why Chris Edwards chose Glacier Springs

Glacier Springs is a great place to stay. It's extremely quiet and laid back. You won't have other cabins right on top of you like the other neighborhoods in Glacier. This is one of the few places you can stay near Mt. Baker and truly experience a secluded vacation the way the locals like it.

Clean, cozy, fresh, new, well equipped.

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful decor, roomy, everything we needed for a great family get away. Must do: Hike Horseshoe Loop Trail, drive to Artists Point, eat pizza at Chair 9. Coffee & baked goods are a must at Wake n Bakery. Take a walk in the neighborhood.

Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed!

  • 5 of 5

The other reviews have most of it covered, but it's worth repeating. We spent a week here using it as a base for our family to explore hiking trails up 542, and this was ideal. I'll admit that I'm always a bit worried about the cleanliness of any "pet-friendly" place, but this cabin was super tidy and comfortable. The fire pit was a huge evening hit, the kitchen had everything we needed for dinner prep, and it's clear that the owners have a keen sense for what it takes to make a place cozy and welcoming. Would love to return!
