Bedrooms: 3 + Auxiliary sleeping area | Bathrooms: 2 | Sleeps: 10 | No Pets | Hot Tub

This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Queen Master has a large Ensuite featuring a jetted tub and separate shower. The other bedrooms share a large hallway bath that has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 is spacious, tastefully appointed and features a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 features beautiful water view, and has an over-sized log bunk-bed with a Queen bed down and Full bed up. The Studio bedroom features a Full size bed.
This home sleeps 10 adults comfortably.
Beautiful, airy feeling throughout the home thanks to lots of large, bright windows and an open living space. Stone fireplace. HUGE deck with hot tub feature. FREE Internet Access.
Located on Dix Point on a large waterfront lot. NO PETS please.
*There is a DOCK but owner recommends not docking a boat in high winds due to potential wind damage.

Please NOTE: The Hot Tub is CLOSED during the winter months. Please ask if it will be available during your stay. However, Rocky Knoll Lodge does feature a beautiful, large Jetted Tub in the Master Suite for you to enjoy after a long day of fun outdoors on the Island throughout the late Fall, Winter and early Spring.

This home has WHITE CARPET throughout. The owner asks that you remove shoes at the door.

This is a No Pet Home.

If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you will need to trailer to the trailhead from this home. Side x Side’s and ATV’s are NOT permitted on M134/Channel Road.
· If you are making this reservation within 24 hours of arrival please call for check in instructions.
· Check-In after 4 PM. Check-Out by 9 AM. Check in at Drummond Island Hotel & Vacation Homes at
34834 S Townline Road. We will provide you with keys & directions.
· Any fees associated with processing a credit card will NOT be refunded if you cancel your reservation.
· All reservations have a 30 Day Cancellation Policy.

Excellent Location for watching boats

Lovely stay! We like to watch the freighters and kayak and hike. This location and cabin was the right place for our family to hang out for a few days. The wifi is a bit sketchy, as the location is remote. Otherwise it was great!

We loved our stay at Rocky Knoll. We spent most of our time on the large deck, yard and dock. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and sunset views. The home was clean and comfortable. The check in/out process was easy. We will return to this island and vacation home!

ORV getaway

The property was great! Listing was accurate, home was clean & very well stocked with linens and kitchenware. We called for an issue with the hot tub & someone was there within the hour to take care of it. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house built in late 90's. Solid furnishings and appliances. Clean. Quite private but not too far off the grid. Cell phone service worked. View of ferry. Hot tub a plus, garage nice for winter, huge deck.

Perfect getaway!

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space this property offered and the beautiful views of the lake! We had two families vacationing to Drummond Island, with a total of 11 people. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is spacious and very well kept. Our kids enjoyed the lake, the hot tub and the neighbor dog who visited each evening and kept a close eye on all of us as we enjoyed the sunset by a campfire. It was a peaceful weekend and we would certainly recommend this place to future travelers to Drummond Island. Thank you!

Great Property!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The view out the back was incredible. The beds were a little uncomfortable, and we did wish there were a few dish cloths, dish towels, and dishwasher detergent... But overall, this house was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

The dishwasher detergent apparently was an oversite. We are always available via phone if you are in need of something in the future. Large beautiful Cabin with a fabulous view of St. Mary River/Lake Huron!!

This clean pristine property was a wonderful find. Beautiful view. So fun to watch the Freighters day and night. My first time to Drummond Island and it was great. Property Managers were very available and helpful. Upon entering the cabin and seeing the view... we immediately extended our stay 3 more days. Thank you

Wonderful vacation spot

Had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The view was beautiful. Love the open floor plan which gave us lots of room for our group to enjoy and relax for the weekend. The huge deck was also a plus!!!! Only downfall was the 9am checkout felt rushed, 11am would be 100% better!
