Casa Antigua is newly constructed with all modern amenities but maintains the Mexican tradition and style. Three bedrooms & three bathrooms make it the perfect size for a family. It's equipped with WiFi, the kitchen is fully stocked with wares, and you'll find fresh towels & n the bathrooms.

Notes:
A daily cleaning service upon request for a 30 USD (or equivalent in pesos) charge per day. For holidays and Sundays this charge will be 60 USD (or equivalent in pesos). We will provide the following cleaning services. For Stays 2-9 nights: no cleaning is included but can be purchased at the mentioned daily rate upon request. 10- 15 nights: one house cleaning will be included in the price of the stay. This includes linens and towel service. 16-22 nights: Two house cleanings will be included in the price of the stay. 22 nights up to 3 months: Once per 10 days cleaning will be included. 3+ months: cleaning not included. In the case of cancellation for weather conditions we will offer an option for: A 50% return of all Rental fees plus full return of the security deposit and cleaning fee. OR ·The ability to reschedule the paid days in the same house during a single time period with no penalty. Any rate differences will be your responsibility.

Perfect out door living set up

We really enjoyed how the house was set up, all rooms opened up to a out door living space, facing the pool. It was perfect for us, enjoyed the pool after a day of adventure. The home is appr 5 blocks from the Malecon, very safe area and was close to the market. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Well maintained property. We will stay there again if in La Paz!!!

Couples Paradise.

Wonderful house

The house is great, really close to the Malecón, and the pool is fantastic for cooling off. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if ever back in La Paz.

Perfect place for a family to stay!

We are a group of three adults and two kids. This space was great in so many ways. It provides total privacy and is within a short walking distance to the malecon, local shops, and restaurants. The layout is fantastic, the decor is lovely and people who own and manage the property are kind and helpful. My kids loved the pool. Everything the description says is true about this house. Well maintained and spotless. We are so happy that we rented this house--it made our vacation in La Paz!

Casa Antigua is very close to several restaurants, a great café and french bakery, the bi-weekly farmer's market and a local fish market. There is a small park a couple of blocks away, the La Paz marina, and the malecón (promenade) and all its attractions – beach, running/biking track, local stores, restaurants, and bars – are also within walking distance.
